Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced; not just from one but THREE of your stores in my city. The audacity to treat your customers with such indifference and lack of professionalism is absolutely unacceptable. I would give you zero stars but that would not enable me to write a review. You work with the public, do better.

My review is about the bakery. My sister went in to pickup a cake I had ordered for my son. I was on the phone the entire time. The associate was rude and very dismissive of her telling her the name it would be under and said it would have his name on the cake. Once the cake was finally given to her it turned out to be one of only two cakes sitting there. Thinking ok awesome problem solved. It wasn’t too long later we had his small surprise party. And to our disappointment the cake it was stale. To say we are extremely unhappy with the whole experience is an understatement. I will be finding somewhere else to get my cakes from now on.

Absolutely amazing. This is the closest publix to me about 70 miles from my home. That's okay because the customer service e is amazing. The deli department is the absolute best. I got a chance to meet the manager her personality was so sweet and caring. Everyone is always friendly.

Our closest to home grocery store. Always clean and friendly, knowledgeable staff. My kids love the bakery free kids cookies. Always a joy coming to Publix.

I just had an amazing experience at Publix. Philip in the Deli was very helpful today and I couldn't have been more surprised, with how helpful and concerned he was with my Moms dietary restrictions. Absolutely thrilled with my experience today

The deli staff showed professionalism and carried casual banter as customers waited for their orders. Definitely a great place to get a pub-sub. The store itself is clean and plenty in stock
