I will never stop at this store again. Saw big roaches crawling under a shelf when I went to pick up some items. Decided that was enough for me. Saw some edgy looking characters hanging around outside when we came out. Glad to get away unscathed.

The bathroom's have gotten cleaner since my last review, but alot of the employees are still rude. I tried to return a drill that I bought, that doesn't work, but since I'm in the middle of a move, couldn't find the receipt. Told me the item cost to much to exchange. I'd understand if I was trying to get a gift card, but I just wanted a drill that works. Still very dissatisfied with the Tuscaloosa location.

While typing this review I noticed yet 6 MORE employees doing personal things on customers time. PLEASE ALABAMA GET A LOCAL STORE, I’m sick of coming to Walmart.

Too many stories of awful customer experience, I cannot write.

Just the last one, just now, is just beyond ridiculous.

While looking for an Apple Watch screen protector, THREE EMPLOYEES CIRCLED AROUND THE ISLE I WAS IN, and not one uttered a word. To me.. that is.

However, two of them were very busy and productive on their cellular devices. One woman actually made eye contact with me, clearly saw I was looking at product, and she continued speaking on her personal telephone conversation. What really is awful is the absolute disregard for the customers.. Not customer service, I’ve grown to expect to receive none at this store. But, regard for a HUMAN standing in front of you.

I really just cannot handle this anymore. If I come here it will be out of absolute necessity. I will be sure to find any and every available avenue to purchase any product I need.

For real. Get your stuff together. It’s actually insane the employees here still have jobs… which signals a management issue!!

I understand they just reorganized the store but to me it's chaotic! Then I attempted to use my Walmart+ account and checkout through the app. It declined all cards. As I was waiting for assistance, the lady walked past me numerous times and help others people who just walked up. When I finally got the screent to go away so I could check out, it rang items up twice which made it where I had to wait for assistance again. It was a $h!t show!

I deliver for spark through Walmart. So I'm here a good bit. They have the worst employees that work inside. I had to ask for help locating an item and the woman looks at me and says I'm on break. She wouldn't help me by just telling me where they moved the baby stuff too all because she cared only about her self and her break. That's not the kind of people you need working for you that is forsure. And they are very slow at getting the online orders out to the delivery drivers. Time is money to us. So please keep that in mind. The longer we sit there waiting on you to get done talking and flirting with the girl in the next car over the longer it takes us to get that delivery out and get more offers. We.dont stop your money flow. So don't stop ours.

Store was poorly stocked and I had to check myself out. I accidentally swiped something twice and the Walmart attendant acted like she was aggravated to have to help take it off the bill. I truly wish Walmart would keep their cashiers!

I went to pick up medications at the pharmacy.
They transferred from another state which worked out good for me.
Typical Walmart never can find my size clothes.
But staff is always friendly

It's Usually crowded with people that think only of themselves. They will be standing in the middle of the aisles, carrying on conversations, and gossiping about people they know. When you finally get done shopping they only scheduled one or two cashiers to work. But, of course, there is self-check-out. Why in the world would I want to check myself out? I do not work for Walmart and receive no compensation for doing something that they should be doing. Then, they have a person checking receipts to make sure you scanned everything, if it is that important, maybe they should hire more cashiers.
