Getting someone to wait on you at the deli is like pulling teeth. I always feel like I am interrupting something important, like the latest gossip. Two people working and ignoring anyone at the counter. Fortunately there is a nearby Piggy Wiggly where the deli help is actually happy to wait on customers

I want to just brag on this store and the associates.. from Donnie, Pam, Denise, Brandy, Becky, Cindy, Blaine, Sam and Doug to Ms. Cynthia and Darryl in the deli.. and a host of others that I can't remember their names.. I'm always impressed and happy to see them when I arrive to do my job(gig work). They're always helpful and just a delight. Thank you crew and I'm sorry that i forgot some names????

Best produce I've seen this far meat selection is great and taste great. The store was super clean and they exceeded my expectations. Keep up the good work publix.

I went shopping at the store on deerfoot. The cashier bagged up my groceries while a young man employee stood behind her and watched. As I went around to get my groceries, he still stood there and offered NO HELP. Didn't attempt to offer to put the bags in my cart. No smile either. I was shocked. His customer service was appalling. Of course I could do it myself, but that's NOT THE POINT. I've always been impressed with your customer service until now.

The Trussville Publix location has extremely friendly and helpful employees. There are always plenty of check out lines and self check out lines. There are also employees out in the store who are able to help you find things. Though they have a good selection of items, they are many times sold out if you go after work or Saturday. I believe this is because the small location is trying to serve an area with too many people. If they could expand their store and increase their inventory, it would be the perfect place to shop.

Ordered the Graduate 2-tier cake for 89 plus. Very disappointed with cake order. Had to go back a total of 3 times for corrections (which put us behind for our event) and cake still wasn't right. Then upon cutting the cake we find out that two of the layers didn't even have icing in between them so of course after cutting the slices just fell apart. Worst cake experience ever and definitely will not be back.

Love this Publix! I find that the employees are usually very friendly! Parking gets a little crazy during busy hours, but if you go in the off times it's lovely.

I came to the store for the first time on Sunday afternoon and I had never really shopped at Publix only going with my husband from time to time. On this day everyone was so sweet and very welcoming. This one worker stood out to me, Cantrell he helped me find the things I was confused about where they were. He told me he was a new hire. He has a great smile and doesn’t mind holding a conversation with a customer. Thank you, Publix for my Sunday groceries.
