The inspector came out and said I needed to have shingles and flashing replaced. He recommended a patch "job".
I received an initial call from the business letting me know when to expect the roofer. Roofer showed up, but couldn't work because of rain. He came back a couple of days later and installed shingles, replaced the flashing, and damaged the siding on the dormer while replacing the flashing. Roofer informed me he would return to repair the damage at his expense.
Didn't receive any call from business on when the roofer would be back, but roofer showed up unexpectedly and repaired the siding. Roofer left, but the siding was still not correct. I had to call and request an inspection because the business wanted payment.
Inspector returned and agreed the job was not done correctly. He notated issues, but never provided me with the list, and said he would schedule the roofer's return. I was expecting a call to coordinate the roofer's return, but no one called.
Roofer comes out again, without any notification from business, fixes the damage to the siding, and says everything looks good. Business calls and wants payment. I asked if anyone was going to come and inspect the roof and siding again. Was told that no one had been scheduled to come out and inspect the final repair. But, the business would send someone out if I was not satisfied with the final product. This was even more frustrating since the roofer had already been out multiple times and not completely repaired the damage to the siding.
This is so unprofessional. There were no prior calls for coordinate the roofer to come out; no list detailing what was going to be fixed/repaired from the damage the roofer caused, and now payment was being requested for work completed.
I will not be using this company again.

The company work was not acceptable to me. I had water damage in my laundry room. They did the work quickly but, they did not clean up and the plumber didn’t put the hot water in correctly, they damaged one heater and had to return it. I finally had to call another plumber to correct what he did. Now I have had to call someone to reinstall washer and dryer because since their work the dryer vent fell out. They said they would come back and take the trash away but they didn’t and I had to remove it. Although some parts of the work they did was ok. There were other major parts that was not, so I would not use them again.

My main problem with this company was getting them to repair the mistakes. I would call, text, email, fuss, cuss and hound them for months until they would finally do their job. I still have floor panels popping up, and they will not return my calls. I'm wondering if the stalling was on purpose to run out the warranty. I lost a lot of money on this company. I will be posting a complaint in a few weeks on the BBB website. I hate doing this, but they gave me no choice.

Oh my, where to begin. My project was extensive, with many issues. My home was torn apart inside and out from a firework mishap gone horribly wrong. Total repairs were $56K. Mark and his team were beyond caring, responsive, patient, on time, hard working, dedicated, and so much more. They have an app that they use to communicate with the whole team assigned to a project, office staff, construction crew, everyone. The process was the most professional and responsive that we have ever experienced. We had things out of the ordinary like when they deconstructed our back deck to replace metal and such, they took down our gutters in some areas and we had water begin to come in the house from rain. They came out on a weekend TWICE and worked to correct this issue whilst our repairs were taking place, at no charge to us, basically costing themselves a lot of money. We were not able to be home when the concrete guys came, Mark willingly paid the concrete guys and added it to our bill (WOW! just WOW!), again showing sincere dedication and superior customer care and service. They stayed late more than once trying to get our deck reassembled in time for a family wedding function we were trying to host. These are just the big things that can be named to show how much this business cares about its customers. They kept in touch every day with us to keep us posted on the many different areas of our project. When we need a contractor, we know who to call.

Will not stand behind their work. Have called about 7 times now , and each time i hear the boss will call me back. 2 weeks now.
Better off to go with someone with a good reputation.

I work at North Alabama Roofing and Restorations Mark is a great boss that really cares about his customers and employees in the way family members care for each other , great group of people and I would not want to work anywhere else

We had some growing pains in the beginning, but they did a good job and I was satisfied with their work. With any contractors, you are in charge. I have a new kitchen.

This company is very unprofessional and rude. Bunch of Jackhats. The owner allows it’s employees to be rude and demeaning to potential customers. I initially invited them to send me a quote to install a new roof on my home. I asked them to send me a quote and SOW and never received one. When they were rude to me I told them I wouldn’t hire them to install a new roof. I wouldn’t hire them to build a dog house and put a roof on it,
