Kayla was awesome taking our order, good food. Hot, fresh, cheeseburger and my husband fish ???? filet was made to order like my cheeseburger. We're so proud we visited this location. What great treat. We
Will definitely be back to this location.
Super pleased definitely one of the better
McDonald's in this area.

Alabama Health Dept Score of 77.
Out of Coca-Cola and Dr. Pepper.
Order accuracy was 1 item off, but well resolved by Solid Employee. Visually clean facility throughout. Floor from lobby to restroom needs to be brushed with decreaser and re mopped. Keep the kitchen mop out of lobby.. Cooking oil will be everywhere.. Labor like everywhere seems a bit low for 8am. Prices keep climbing.. Thanks to those that continue to work!!

I asked for a cooked to order filet of fish and I received an old cold one. I will be back for a replacement meal or a refund.

The quarter pounder hamburger was lukewarm.

One order of fries was hot and the other was lukewarm.

I want fresh food when I return. Thanks.

Service was prompt despite long line. Was able to use my app without issue. Order was correct and flavor was exactly what I expected. Customer service could be improved amongst the younger employees though.

I just left the McDonald's off Hwy 53 next to Publix.I ordered a biscuit and a Carmel Frappe extra Carmel. On top of efficient and friendly service, I was handed the most perfect frappe EVER! It tastes as good as it looks! I just wanted to say thank you to everyone working at the McDonald's in Harvest and let you know you are appreciated.

Absolute poor excuse of a fast food place. We went through the drive thru and was told to go wait at a parking spot AFTER they took our receipt. Then we ended up waiting 20 minutes to get our food even though there were cars who ordered after us (I would say a good 5 or 6) that got their food and were gone before us. AFTER we FINALLY got our food our fries were cold and stale, my husband's double quarter pounder had BBQ sauce all over it and my mcrib was just sad looking. Barely any onions or pickles. I would highly recommend anyone to save their money and NOT even bother at this place. Jack's across the street is better (although they are slow to get out orders)

No service told to use computer to place order, myself and two other white customers, took black customers order at register. Food was cold when I finally got it. Went to register to ask for salt and was walked by as if I wasn't there. Stepped to the side of bar to see if the was salt behind bar, manage then stated exclaiming she was going to call the police on me. Explained to her I only wanted Salt and that she had walked by me twice, along with the other personnel without acknowledging me. Believe that will be my last visit to McDonald's.

The absolute worst service you will ever receive from a fast food restaurant (and that's saying something). My order was repeatedly messed up, the girl at the payment window was extremely rude and full of attitude and when half of my order was missing and I went inside to sort it out, the manager told me that it wasn't missing and that only one thing had been forgotten from my order and then huffed and puffed as she shuffled around to get what they had missed. I get having a bad day and being short and maybe missing an order or two, but for the whole staff, including management, to be full of hatred, attitude and poor work ethic really says something. Despite this being one of the closest fast food restaurants to us, I will never be buying from them again.
