First time I tried to order off their breakfast menu, which was around 9 in the morning. They said they were out of breakfast. I left. Second time I went (very next day) I ordered a breakfast sausage crunch wrap meal and the eggs that they put in it was absolutely disgusting and not edible whatsoever. They were dried, crystallized, falling apart and just hard and in literal crumbs. I’m talking borderline chip-crumb consistency. I had to take all of the egg out of my crunch wrap to even eat it. Which makes me to believe this “egg” was sitting for hours. It was vile. They also didn’t get me any napkins in my bag…

Please get it together.

Everything was great except the amount of meat they put on my cheesy gordita crunch.... I swapped (PAID EXTRA) for steak. I got literally 6 pieces of meat! If the employee who made it was the customer, I'm pretty sure they'd be upset. DO BETTER!!!

Approximately 60% of the time, they leave off food from my order. Approximately 75% of the time, they are so understaffed that the drive through takes ~10 minutes per car. Approximately 75% of the time, the dining room door is locked.

What does that mean?

It means you better check your food before you pull away from the window. Otherwise you get to wait another half hour or more in line to replace the burrito they left off.

I do not, for the life of me, know why they opened a fresh location here only to staff it with literal ghosts.

I will never eat there again. I found a roach in my nacho bag. So unsanitary and disgusting. Of course I did not find it until I was almost done with my nachos.

Very dirty place! I was the only customer in the dining room during middle of the day. No greeting from an employee. Was told I must order from the kiosk. Food was slapped together like a small child made it. Employees were listening to music and in no rush to prepare food at all. This is one of the newest locations and it already looks like a dump. It's sad.

This taco bell could use some help with management. Around 80% of the time we've tried here, the dining room has been closed. Sometimes that's okay because we just pick up our order and eat in their outside dining area. Today that area was filled with cigarette smell due to an employee's ash tray left smoking on one of their outdoor tables. It's just gross. And really, it's a shame because this newer taco bell is in an excellent location. If corporate would just step in and do something about it, it could be an excellent taco bell. Food is typically okay.

This Taco Bell used to be horrible to go too ! So glad they have new staff ! My wait was long which I’m used to going anywhere now due to short staffing problems. So I’m not upset about it at all. The woman taking my order was very pleasant Alita K. My food was hot and perfect ! Thank you to the staff working at 6:45pm on 5/31. You guys are amazing !

Food was good. Soft tacos could've been a little warmer but overall everything was good and order was correct. Beautiful store with a nice outdoor seating area with fans. Lady upfront was very friendly.
