Extremely impressed starting with placing the initial call to completion of work. Vickie and Hudson were very prompt and cordial in setting up appointment, following up to confirm my availability, and texting me in advance of the technician's arrival. Noah identified the likely problem within minutes and explained and took the first step to test temporary solution to correct the problem until he could get a new pressure regulation and return for installation. The temporary solution worked immediately. Arrived promptly to complete the job which increased my water pressure from 32 to 75 psi. Also, provided three different potential solutions to improving better flow of hot water throughout my home if the increased water pressure does not completely solve hot water flow to my satisfaction. Amazing customer service and expertise from beginning to end. Exceeded my expectations!

We were very pleased with the service provided by Josef to unclog our kitchen sink. He arrived promptly at the scheduled time and quickly completed the job. Both he and the company came across as very professional and skilled in their trade. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing service.

Josef with Henry plumbing in Toney AL was very knowledgeable and professional. On a fixed income and was very anxious about the cost. Josef knew exactly what was going on showed me the problem, fixed it and I was also very pleased with the price. I have found the plumber to use in the future.????????

Cant express enough how thankful i am that J. Henry plumbing came out to fix a major emergency situation for me within 24 hours of calling. Most other plumbers in town gave me a week or more timeline and or never even returned my call. Noah the technician was a great guy and did quality work. The icing on the cake is they gave me a discount for being retired military. They will have me as a customer for life! Thank you!

I was very pleased with the scheduling and communication from J. Henry Plumbing. They were able to schedule an appointment soon after i called them. Josef arrived punctually, and was professional and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. I knew my faucet was leaking so I had already purchased a replacement at Lowe's. Josef was able to confirm there were no other leaks, efficiently installed the new faucet and offered several helpful suggestions for the warranty and future maintenance of the faucet and sink area. Very pleased!

I was having issues with my tankless water heater. Vickie called me and took my information. Josh Henry then called and stayed on the phone for 30 mins walking me through troubleshooting. It is now working and they landed me as a future customer. Thank you guys so much.
