Chicken nuggets and French fries were hot and fresh, but quarter pounder with cheese was lukewarm as if it's been sitting for a bit. Restaurant including restrooms was very clean! Customer service was good.

These people have the worst customer service ever. Their bathrooms are disgusting, and the back of the store where they store product is unsanitary... I'm speaking for experience. The video that I shared is sewer coming up through the back stock room.

The drive-through experience was great. Didnt have a long wait time. The fish meal was fresh and tasty. The chicken nugget happy meal was fresh and good. The Sprite drink was strong and not flat, which is a plus. Will eat here again in the future.

I come to McDonald's at least three times a week. Today I was so disappointed. I went thru drive. I was shorted one blueberry muffin,an small order of fries, I asked for extra ice on my iced latte and that did not happen, hardly any ice. My husband got a double cheeseburger and it was so messy,it had ketchup smeared on the burger and in the wrapper. Maybe they were short handed but I spent over $20 and did not get what I ordered also they did not give me a receipt. I must say you have some good employees most of the time but if I don't tell u u can't fix it. Also I tried to call but no one would answer,they picked up and hung up. Thanks for listening. I don't see how these people want fifteen dollars an hour I don't believe they can count that high. Because the last two times ive ordered a 20 piece nugget ive been short 3

Don't go here after 10pm. You will sit in the drive thru and never talk to anyone. Literally pulled thru and seen the young lady at the drive thru window. Turns around... sees me pulling thru cause we make eye contact. I get to the order area and another guy is in the next lane. I hear him go "excuse me....anyone" this is after I've already set there 5 mins. I go "are you still waiting too man" he goes " yeah for like 10" so I pulled off and slowly go by the drive thru windows looking in. Not a soul in sight. Ghost town. Dude behind me did the same as he pulls thru. We both end up at Sonic which is where I recommend ????

McDonald's just isn't the same anymore prices are ridiculously high now. Poor service at both Thomasville AL and especially Jackson AL locations.
We don't go in the Jackson Alabama location never because of the way we been treated and the way that others have been treated. The employees being loud to each other using profanity at this McDonald's the last time my daughter went in some time back in this particular McDonald's Jackson Alabama college Avenue Jackson Alabama 36545

Food was Nothing special but okay. The person taking orders in the drive through was quite UNFRIENDLY.
