They have a friendly staff who's very attentive and they are good listeners. The quality of food: hot and fresh. When on the inside, I see workers doing something at all times. This restaurant is customer friendly and people oriented. I recommend you stop by if you're ever in the Jackson, Alabama area.

My family and I ate at the Thomasville location and brought what we didn’t eat for later. When I started eating my coleslaw, I found a plastic glove in it!!!! This is indescribably detestable and absolutely unacceptable!!! I cannot understand how this could possibly happen and somebody not realize that they’re missing a glove!!

I had been warned about the Thomasville location, but tried it anyway. The chicken tenders were cold and we were given the wrong sauce even after being asked twice, the grilled chicken on the salad was ice cold and tasted extremely old. Will not go back.

The menu is good and I love the burgers. However, the staff was rude. We used the drive through window.

I typically like Jack's. This one is TERRIBLE! The staff is very rude and the service is beyond bad. Do yourself a favor and drive right on past this one! Did I mention that the staff is VERY RUDE??

It was delicious. Very freshly made. I had the fried green tomato, bacon, and lettuce sandwich. I added cheese.

I really do like Jack's. Great breakfast, good service and clean. NOT HERE!!! My wife and I were visiting from out of town for a Highschool football game. We literally passed 3 other Jack's on our 3 ½ hour trip to the game. We both eat at our local Jack's often. We are never disappointed. If this store was all I had to judge the franchise by then I wouldn't be back. This restaurant was a disgusting mess. The food was gross and cold. The employee's were lost. This store needs attention.

I go into this place a good amount when I'm in town. I love the burgers and their chicken sandwiches. As well as they have a good breakfast line up. Everything I've eaten I've enjoyed, and the staff does a good job at getting orders and getting them out to you. Good place to sit and eat, or you take it out with you. They even have mobile ordering if you can't go into the restaurant.
