It’s ok. Not that organized as some others you go to. Don’t seem to have much good stuff in here compared to others.

Hit or miss. Sometimes they have great deals and sometimes you can get things cheaper at the retail store.

For the unaware; this is a retailer that sells product returns at markdown. It is very much a case of never quite knowing what you might find. This is an average representation of the genre of store, athough the prices can be quite good; depending on the item.
Let the buyer beware, though; typically no returns are allowed

Poor communication on pricing of furniture. I drove 40 minutes to purchase a lounge chair that I had spotted two days ago, after calling and being told the chair was $60 - I found it worthwhile driving to purchase it. Once walking into the store, I was again told it was $60 when they checked the inventory for the price. As I checked out at the register, excited to have a chair I loved to go in my living room, the lady misunderstood and rang the chair as $6.60 (yes, six dollars). Being honest to a fault - I pointed out the mistake and was then told the chair was $120.00.

If I had known this was DOUBLE the price I was told on the phone and in the building, I would have never traveled out of my way. Extremely disappointed to drive home empty handed.

The staff are just so nice. Even though in some places being a senior citizen, I have to sit sometimes due to health challenges. I am thankful for those stores that do have a place to sit. I always enjoy shopping at Dirt Cheap and find great items for great prices.

Not having many options around the area it is nice to have somewhere I can get good quality brands for a fraction of the price. This is a great place to go if you have several hours to search and dig for treasures. I bought my graduation dress from here for $1.10 and got tons of compliments!

I LOVE Dirt Cheap. Ive found all of my latest looks and even some baby things for my sister. I cannot recommend them enough
