Everytime I come here the service is very welcoming, patient and helpful. The food is always fresh and delicious. I love how the staff is like family and when they need help the manager is there. Now, the management .. let me tell you!! 10/10 passes the vibe check ❤️

I came in to get "the philly" (my favorite sub). The workers there were beyond polite, patient, and helpful. I've eaten at multiple subways and this one takes the cake, the tastiest subs there is.

We came with a party of 4. They were kinda busy and there were only 2 employees working, Aaron and Allen, they both greeted everyone that came in, took care of all of us very quickly and recommended different sauces for our subs. Definitely a great experience today. Keep up the awesome job guys!!!

The food was great and fixed as requested. The staff was overwhelmed, slow and frustrated.
If a special or coupon is released, the manager needs to schedule additional staff. There was a line when I arrived and longer line when I left.

These poor people are so overwhelmed with online and call in orders they don’t have time for walk in customers. There should be 2 stations to work from so the front line could just be for walk in customer’s. And more employees to handle the work load . We where going to order but didn’t.

Always dirty, trash everywhere & online order is never ready. Last time I went in Aaron was rude to the customer before me, rude to me and ended up cancelling my entire order because THEY didn’t have part of my order ready. There were dead flies everywhere and receipts, sandwich wraps and garbage everywhere. HORRIBLE customer service and not clean.
