This was the first time that I had eaten the chicken sandwich from Jack's. It was Awesome. I also had a Strawberry milkshake and they never disappoint.
The service as excellent. The prices were very reasonable.

I have to say, I didn't have high expectations because the one in Troy, Al is terrible. But we gave it a shot because we were hungry, it was right there, and we didn't know the area. It was actually AMAZING! My husband and I were extremely impressed, and it's not easy to impress him.

I waited in line to order. Clerk wouldn't take my order until she broke and emptied change into her drawer. I ordered and was told there would be a wait. I asked for a substitute and was told it's only going to be a few minutes. What do you you want to do? Substitute so I can go. Nasty, nasty attitudes. If I could fire them I would. They need to shovel dung, where livestock can appreciate their attitude.

The fries were old the biscuits were hard. The chicken was cooked in old oil or at least tasted like it the people are great though.

Breakfast always seems to be hot and fresh. Fast service, clean dining room and front counter.

It's got to be good because we eat there a lot,I love their Jack's sauce,there always friendly and the are biscuits great

4th of July and I am the only person in the drive thru. Have been here for 10 minutes waiting to place my order . When do get my food it is not fresh.

Everything you would expect from Jack's. The employees are friendly and helpful. Wait times are reasonable and the food is hot.
