If it says you're open at 4:45 a.m. and there's four cars in your drive-thru at 6 a.m. and nobody answers any of them at the speakers, are you actually open? This is most people around heres only place for people to grab something fast and good to eat before 7....

I work at a place that allows a 30 min lunch break. I've been here twice since I've started working there and each time I've been almost late back to work. The next time they ask me to pull forward and park they better get a tow truck to do so because I'm not moving.

This McDonald's has the most unfriendly staff! They barely greet you they never smile. They need to be trained by Chick-fil-A!
Makes me avoid McDonald's in Talladega because of the way they treat you!

Would not serve lunch 2 minutes before time. Then when we finally ordered, we had to wait for them to cook the fries. I'm quite sure they took their time for spite.

Horrible service. Our food was cold and you could tell it wasn't fresh by how dry the meat was. Was told that the ice cream machine was broken then watched someone make a drive thru customer a shake. Definitely won't be back again.

Worst customer service workers in existence. Rude, inattentive, lazy, and zero integrity in how they carry themselves. They can’t do the bare minimum. I’ve worked customer service and seen the worst but they are actually the worst

There’s a reason why this place is understaffed. Not only do the employees seem to be miserable all the time but on top of that the managers hound on them 24/7.

Every time I go I don’t receive any napkins. This past time I ordered a McDouble. It didn’t have any toppings on it besides ketchup and mustard. I am not a kid I want my pickles and onion!
