Always a nice choice. Satisfied my crunch crave. So nice inside without the rush. The Tri-meal is my fav. Best fried okra we have found. Tasty green beans too.
Soda water available and fill your own cup.

waited 30 minutes for them to open for the door not to even be unlocked, when the lady opened the door she rolled her eyes and you could hear everyone in the back laughing. when the lady goes to the counter to take our order a man came from the back and said they were no where near ready to open or take orders. it was 10:35. a man came in after and she told all of us if we wanted to order we needed to go through the drive through and ignored us. the person on the headset had to wait.

We arrived right at opening time and were the only customers present.

One item of our food had to be re-cooked because it wasn't done, but the staff did so pleasantly and even offered a free piece of cheesecake while we waited, (which we declined), however, this is an action that speaks to the customer service aspect of a business and was very appreciated.

The dining room looked very nice and organized, and very tidy upon entrance, however, the tables themselves were not very clean and needed to be wiped down with a sani-wipe that I keep in my purse.

The women's restroom needed cleaning as someone had thrown up and the toilet had not been entirely cleaned.

From the conversations that were being loudly discussed, it appeared the location was short staffed and the people that were there that day didn't know how to make all the menu items. One member had to go to the Oxford location to pick something up, leaving this location in an even more dire situation. The team members at the Talladega location were working hard to do their jobs, ensure good customer service and perhaps even work without all the training they needed all without the necessary support structure. Invest in your team. They are your lifeblood.

Slow is not the word....over 30 mins and I was only one in drive thru .....no excuse ..the side orders are gross at all captain D's...corn on cob is safe they can't mess that one up too much.

Fish was literally cold inside. The lobster bites cold ...just a terrible poorly run captain D's.

I places a order online , waited 10 min before I left the house, then stopped by zaxbys for another person's food and mine still wasn't ready when I got there !! I had to wait an additional 20 minutes..

I have want there to time and the person who was ordering our food she did a great job and the Waitress who bring our food she did a great job the food was Awesome

Arrived at 11:10 am and was informed at drive thru that they were closed and it would be a few minutes. We said we would wait and was then informed it would be 11:30 so we left.

When ordered it took a around 40mins just to get to the window. My food was cold food looked like it was cooked yesterday it was very very greasy. Took it back and they gave me greasy old food again. Asked for something different they said no I had to pay for it so I got my money back. Young lady at the window was nice but the guy in the back was not. I will not be returning.????????
