They need a zero . Very rude , not a smile , not a thank you, nothing. If you don’t like dealing with customer’s you need another line of work. Maybe garbage collection. I will contact post master general and file a complaint. This clerk was a real AH

This place has a reputation for poor service, but in my overall dealings with them over the years the customer service has been good. I think the negative reputation stems from acts of management outside of the post office. Stockton is a small town and is lucky to have a post office. That does not justify poor service, yet I can empathize with those who feel that is what they receive here.
