Frequent this hardware store. Love most of the staff and the price are decent. Prices on wood is very good

There inventory is good, customers are friendly. Store is very clean and bright. I think they could work on their communication skills and repairs are expensive. I would go back there, but only specific products and services.

Tyler is Russell's Stihl rep and he goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your product and that it's a good fit for you. We just had issues with our weed eater and it had to be repaired under our warranty. Stihl wanted us to wait until they back ordered a part. Tyler called them and got us a brand new replacement weed eater. The entire staff does a really great job.

I found the Zinsser 1-2-3 Primer at this hardware store,but after I asked if they would tint it gray,they said they don't do it for that product.They sell the product,but don't tint?Then why sell the product that states it is tintable?tentacle?I went to Lowes.
