Typically their food is fairly good and they normally get their orders right. Late in the evening though it isn't always the best time to go. The last time I went my fries were definitely cold. As well as they did my order wrong. However I highly recommend going earlier in the day especially mornings. Nice for a quick easy bite.

Only one issue this time, no chocolate drizzle for the frappies. It is just hurshys chocolate. Something that small, they should have had plenty. Send someone to the grocery store. Otherwise, everything was great.

Waited 30 minutes for only half of what we ordered. They don’t care though. If you need good fast food in Roanoke, you’ll have better luck with Taco Bell or Gutheries

I usually don’t post reviews for this restaurant even though I come here often and run in to issues a lot but tonight was just plain ridiculous. I was asked to pull forward to wait on an order of cookies. We waited 20 minutes before finally going in to see what was going on and come to find out they had not even started our cookies! The rest of my food is now cold but wasn’t going to stay another 20 minutes to get that fixed. This place makes me pull up just about every time I come here and it seems like they wait to clear the line out first before they even bring the food out to the people they made pull up. I don’t mind pulling up at all but my food should be brought out when it’s done not when they feel like it. Who wants to sit and wait for cold food?!

Only stopped in for coffee to go this time, but this McDonald's, unlike many others, has friendly, efficient staff. They keep the place clean, too.

I really like the ice cream they never have bones in there nuggets and the food is really well I also like the strawberry shortcake McFlurrys 4 stars will come again!

The cashier was very helpful and courteous. The food came out fresh and hot. And the restaurant was clean. I would recommend taking your children here for lunch.

Waited 30 minutes for 3 drinks and 1 straw asked for hot mustard and bbq and only got 1 bbq and got 5 hot mustards
