I told them to run the line next to the trees on my dam. Instead they ran down the pond side of my dam, and destroyed a 50 foot section of my dam to the point I can no longer cut grass using my mower. They said they would come back and fix it, and I haven't seen or heard from them. We also purchased the 50+Mbps package and it regularly only streams at 18-20mbps. It's nice to have better internet, but they are no different from AT&T. Quantity over quality, and no follow up when they are in the wrong.

Moncre is a community ownership the service is very high the customer service is far dont do PTP will shut you off for one month bill I miss spectrum
