I have seen the "It Don't Matter" restaurant signs for years whenever I would come to Alabama to visit family. Now that we have moved here, I learned that it was in fact a restaurant I wanted to try. So the signs worked!

I was pleasantly surprised. The price was very good considering it was an all-you-can-eat buffet with drinks included.

The best thing about the buffet was the fried chicken. It was up there with the best of them.

There was plenty of parking, friendly people, and an overall pleasant experience.

An unbelievable value. All-you-can-eat buffet. The fried chicken is excellent. They have salad, veggies, desserts, entrees, bread and drink for only $11.50! Not a huge selection, and some of those veggies taste canned, but you'll not find a better deal. I really enjoyed my lunch today.

Wonderful place to stop, do not miss it, you still be sorry. Have passed by many times in my big old truck without stopping, so glad I chose to stop today. Good food, good people, wonderful atmosphere. I couldn't decide on ham, bacon or sausage, so I got all three. So glad I did. Lots of leftovers for later today watching the game. I'm trying to do all I can in this new normal, trying new places, supporting local businesses, taking really good care of my servers, Won't You Join Me?

I ordered catfish, and it was delicious, cooked just right . We had good service, and our meal was served fresh and hot. We always stop by It don't matter restaurant and have never had a complaint. We live in FL but travel through there from time to time. We always look forward to stopping for Breakfast or lunch.

Came from Florida moving to the area. Food was just good Ole southern grub. Very good and prices are more than reasonable. Place is clean and friendly. I will be sure to go back and also refer this place to friends and family. Thanks for keeping it real. Don't change a thing, except bigger pieces of pie lol

Stopped in for breakfast on our way to the rattlesnake rodeo. One order of bacon eggs and grits with a biscuit looked pretty good, but I didn't ask.
I went rogue with French toast and sausage patties. The sausage seemed bland and just warm, but not greasy. The French toast is hard to describe. It had an okay taste, but the bread was absolutely saturated with milk/egg mix and slightly undercooked. It had the consistency of pudding. I'm no french food connoisseur, but I like a little more texture on the bread.
The dining room is huge, but sparsely decorated and kinda boring. I would imagine the place fills up nicely at lunch and dinner as they offer a daily buffet and there's plenty of room. It's a fact that this restaurant has been there forever, it's family owned and choices in that immediate area extremely limited.
Should I return, I'll order my go-to cheeseburger and fries if I can avoid the feed trough.

Great food with great service. It takes a little while to get the food but it's well worth the wait and the atmosphere makes you feel at home as you wait

On our way home from flordia with our 6 month old, we had already been on the road for a little over 2 hours and needed somewhere to stop. We chose this place and the amount of friendliness and the "southern hospitality " was amazing. Felt like I was in my own home town. Everyone was friendly, especially when our little one started getting fussy. Food was out in no time and was great and filled us up for hours! Definitely worth the stop and would recommend if you like home cooked meals
