I used to come here often and it was good, but this is the 2nd time I've gotten no good food from here..

all we ordered was a kids burger meal.we waited 15 minutes to get this..

The fries were old + chewy and the burger was so cold it tasted like it had been sitting for hours. two bites was plenty enough to tell. ????

Did a mobile order at 8:47, and arrived by 9:02 at the Rainsville location. Pulled up to stall and typed in number. Several minutes (15+) went by, after the screen had already stated that our order was on the way. The red button was pushed and another few minutes went by before the speaker activated. Needless to say, our milkshakes and slushes had been sitting there the whole time. We went home at 9:25 with cups of milk and juice, pretty much. The fast food chains in Rainsville are failing miserably after dark. There should be trusted adults there making sure the teens are doing their jobs correctly.
Don’t worry Rainsville Sonic. I’ve already sent a picture of my receipt and filed a complaint on the Sonic website. The Rainsville location should be shut down with as many complaints I’ve already read.

Me and my Husband went thru the drivethru and got the sauced jumbo popcorn chicken with fries and a vanilla milkshake, and my husband got 2 breakfast burritos and fries and a sweet tea. When we got our food the burritos were overly greasy soaked the bag they came in with grease and my chicken was overcooked. Hard as a rock I couldn't even eat it. Thankfully they gave us a refund back to my card but I won't go back to sonic. Hope they get better ????u200d♀️????

I’ve had shoulder surgery and couldn’t hardly reach drive through window and the young man brought my food outside to help me out I greatly appreciate the kindness definitely in this crazy life these days 6/28 6:00pm

Corn dog was nasty, like it was only microwaved... I'm sure it was.
They charged me for the guy's order behind me, which was three times what mine cost.
WATCH carefully what they do. And don't get the corn dogs.

I went throught drive thru at 5:30pm ordered 2 number 7s one with chili and cheese and jalapeños bites and a cherry slush the other one without chili and cheese and add ketchup mustard relish and fried onions large fries and a large orange fanta the girl didnt hear me so i made my voice to where she could hear me and she yelled at me and got my order wrong i eneded up with chili cheese coney with added ketchup mustard relish and not cooked onions how gross right i am never getting food from rainsville alabama sonic again every time i order here it is always wrong

Stopped here to get a tea because it was happy hour from 2-4 PM where drinks are 50% off.

My husband got a medium grape slush + a Nerds candy add in for only $1.50! I got a 44oz unsweetened strawberry tea for less than $2!

Great deal and this is the fastest Sonic I've ever been to.
