I went to the Pizza Hut in rainsville on my way home from church. I went inside and was asking the employee about specials. He told me that I could get great specials online. He saved me money and I appreciate that!

I love the food here, and it seems to always be made fresh, and tastes good. The costumer service is not good whatsoever. They are rude every time I come here.

Everything was burnt that I ordered and feel like I over paid just cause they were specialty pizzas when both had very little toppings and one of them had absolutely no flavor to it and to top it off they didn't even cut the cookie I ordered

We wanted the New Yorker and for the 2nd time they were out. I’m not sure why they have been out twice. I was charged for a big New Yorker but received a large pepperoni. We were disappointed again.

Probably our favorite Pizza Hut around, much more consistent than any others within driving distance and we’re always happy with our order

I ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza, wings and cinnasticks.
The pizza dough was the thinnest I have ever seen! There was nothing to it! It was like they put a stuffed crust edge on a thin crust pizza! It was terrible.. and instead of putting icing in with my cinnasticks they gave me marinara sauce! I was so disappointed when I got home. If I wasn't having to hurry up and eat and get into bed for work the next morning I would have gone back up there and asked for a refund. Never been let down like this from there before

Best pizza we have ate in years .. not over loaded with sauces. Best ever since the 90's!
