ordered fruit & veggie trays and the cucumbers were slimey, watermelon was old & mushy, strawberries all bruised up and mushy… and not even half way full, cauliflower was MOLDED, the only decent thing was the tomatoes

Terri at customer service has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. She first did not acknowledge the fact I had been standing there. Once I questioned about my order she disregarded everything. She should get another job that does not involve customers in person.

Chris, the store manager on the other hand was very helpful and listened. He was able to get my order corrected and I appreciate it him for that!

I’ve been to this store many times because it’s close to me. Never had a bad experience until now. I went in and got a sub from the deli. Once I got home I noticed that there was pieces of plastic wrapped into my sub. I’m not sure why or how this happened but I threw it out and couldn’t eat it.

The store is amazing. Just be prepared to have some difficulty getting in and out of the parking lot if it is busy! The staff is very helpful and extremely customer oriented. We bought numerous items in the deli and bakery and all of it tasted great.

I've always had a pleasant experience at not only this Publix but many others. There is always fresh food, the lunch menu is always good, and since I go pickup meds for my family, the pharmacy team is super helpful with any questions that I may have. Everyone is very friendly and helpful.

Publix is my go-to store for items I can't find anywhere else but there. They staff is always friendly & helpful. Raven in the produce area is AWESOME. Definitely keep her around.

The Bakery has the best fresh baked bread in the area. I love their rye. All of the bakery personnel are exceptional, especially the new ones. Thank you Publix.

Sushi is fresh and one of the few places to get it in Phenix City Alabama. Everything else is about what you should expect from a higher end grocery store. Staff is always helpful and friendly. They had samples out today! Thanks fir reading my review, I hope you have a wonderful day!
