This particular store is trash. From the store to the management. If you are trying to order groceries from this place, don’t! I have cancelled my Walmart plus and will never shop here again! My grocery order was going to be over 2 hrs late, so I went to pick it up. I could see my order but no one was there and no one else was allowed to enter the department?!? My groceries set out for hours, not refrigerated. 3 hours later I get a call from my driver trying to deliver the groceries. I had them set to deliver at my work. The driver was very sweet and was willing to bring them to my home. Everything refrigerated was spoiled and most the vegetables picked were spoiled. Customer service was not much help. There is no way to contact corporate.

Soooo many empty shelves. Coupon didn't go thru for Mars item which I'd gotten Skittles (purple bag). Associate said that it had to be the exact "color" that was on the coupon which made no sense to me. Rather than argue the point, we paid for our other items then I went to get the red bag of skittles. Surprise! There were none.

A Huge Shout out to " Sweet" Mrs.Brenda in the young Ladies Department @ 280 Walmart for going the extra mile. She stepped up to plate for me on locating a price on a misplaced cute pair of shorts. Also Customer service has been exceptional my last few times I had returns.

If you order important items for delivery, it might not come. The driver will not deliver it, but it will say they did! This is shady at best! Just pick up your items if you can because it'll same you time, money, and frustration!

Waited over 35min in automotive for my car and no one over at the register to get my car so I could pick up my kids so inconsiderate...... But so one from doing the oil change came and helped me and another customer took care of us I think his name is Michael he is short with long dreads..... He was very helpful..

I'm giving it 4 stars. Wouldve been 5, but every time I go, it seems like the employees are allergic to retrieving carts. Aside from that, no problems, no gangsters, an occasional stray cat outside the doors (smart cat) that we all seem to feed upon leaving the store. Wish that kitty wouldve come home with me.????

Props to WalMart Tire Center. I showed up with a problem and your team showed out. Nothing like picking up a screw in new tire in the early morning hours while traveling to totally ruin your day. But, I was able to get in and get out fairly quickly. Thanks WalMart Phenix Alabama team!!!

Pick was great, it was fast, and friendly, but it’s never a great feeling to turn around and waste gas. We didn’t receive two of our items. I asked the young lady was everything in the bag and she checked her device, and stated yes. Well I felt lied to. My husband returned to the store location and they politely informed him to call a 1800 number. We called and they refunded us our money but we should have been offers a gift card due to us driving all the way back from Columbus to grab the groceries. Gas is too high, and it’s hot. Everyone was pretty nice about everything, and I’m aware mistakes happen but it’s irritating.
