This is an awful Sonic location. I love Sonic shakes, but this place doesn’t know how to make a milkshake. They give you the wrong flavor and fill the cup only 3/4 full. Worst of all, the shake is extremely thin. You don’t need a spoon or straw to drink it. Just pop off the lid and sip it out of the cup. Nasty.

If it only happened once it wouldn’t be the end of the world. But they’ve messed up my shake the last several times I’ve gone here.

I went online to leave feedback and they offered me a free drink. You screwed up my $5 shake and all you want to give me is a $2 drink to compensate? What a joke.

The sonic in Anniston makes a great shake, it’s just this location that can’t get it right. I’m NEVER going here again.

This place has gone down hill. Tots are hard as a rock. Kid taking the order disrespectful asking "are you done now". No sauces came with it. Parking area is cluttered with green slime and moss. I'll drive the extra 9 miles to go to leeds and moody definitely not coming back here. Train wreck.

It took a long time to take my order. But when they did we got our food fast. The burgers are big enough for me and mom to share. The onion rings will burn your mouth. That is how freshly cooked they are.

The staff doesn't want to be there at all. We ordered a drink and didn't tell us that they were out and brought us something different, when we asked for something else, they told us that we had to pay for it and couldn't exchange. That was alright I guess, but the attitude we got from them, I've never been treated like that from a fast food joint. I'm probably not going to go to that location for a while. The food was good though.

Everything was overall good especially the STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE SHAKE.. OH MY IT WAS AMAZING.
only thing I didn't care for was the girl who took our order.. she was very RUDE.
It's your job GIRL. DO IT WITH RESPECT and WITHOUT ATTITUDE.
IF YOU DONT LIKE YOUR JOB.. GO HOME!!!
cuz it's not cute at all to be rude and disrespectful.
I promise you respect oversees disrespect anyway and gets you way farther in life.

Ordered two regular coney dogs with extra onions. Did not take long to get my order. Waitress Mary was very cordial.

Same as always terrible service terrible attitudes. If they don't like their job they just stopped working at Sonic and work somewhere else not in the food industry. I've had so many bad experiences that I'm actually leaving a review now.

Rude server. Walked to the car, handed order to us and walked away. No do you need anything these etc. NOTHING. Acted like we were aliens when we asked for grilled chicken… which I guess they’ve stopped serving all of a sudden. VERY POOR. Won’t go back. Sonic has FALLEN dramatically.
