I do not often stop at a Dairy Queen. I like the product and have, over several decades, consumed many milk shakes, sundaes, dip top cones and hamburgers.

On this occasion, I had a craving for a dip top cone while on a long road trip. I spotted a Dairy Queen on the road in Pell City and we stopped.

The restaurant was neat and clean. It was attractive and the person who took the order was friendly and knowledgeable. I ordered a medium tip top cone and my dining companion opted for a sundae.

Both had the full Dairy Queen flavor. The taste was excellent. The dip top cone has great chocolate flavor and licking the ice cream off of the chocolate while it melted was a delightful experience.

I do not know how the Dairy Queen main product is made. The company does not advertises "all natural ingredients," etc .It tastes good. It probably is not good for a diet. As an occasional splurge, it is a treat. It has been a popular staple in America for decades because it tastes good, it is not expensive, and qualifies as a "down home" treat.

Good food, bad service. They charged me for a blizzard when I asked for a sundae (which costs less). No big deal, I just pointed it out and said I needed a refund. “That’s why we gave you a large,” was her response. As if giving me a larger size than what I ordered makes up for the fact that you overcharged me.

This place never lets me down.
Great food, prepared with care, and the people are so friendly.
I was a little sad about losing the butter scotch dipped cone, but the churro dipped is awesome ????

Extremely impressed with the young lady working the drive thru this evening, (7-14-2023). She somehow managed to get our whole order with kids screaming, thunder booming and sirens going by, and did not get anything wrong.

Love the chicken basket.. withnthe chocolate chip milkshake or the DILLY BAR .. They have the good kinda Ranch... best ever..
although. Last visit the gave me the wrong milkshake it was A Chocolate milkshake.. I ordered the CHOCOLATE CHIP milkshake.
And one of my ranch cup tops was melted flat so it didn't snap on the cup all the way... it was just sitting on top of the ranch cup. Needless to say just check your food always
That's is for anywhere you go to eat.. better safe than sorry.

This place has always been the best in terms of food quality and the associates are happy to serve you. I have been eating here for quite some time and they are pretty consistent on the food quality. Never had any bad experience so far. Highly recommended for sandwiches and sundaes ????

wish I’d taken a pic but was so discussed I immediately threw it away . When I say everything on it. That. Didn’t mean pubic hairs as well !!!! . Guess they didn’t think I’d catch that small pubic hair on the side .
