I paid $18.00 (before door dash fees) I ordered gens. Tso chicken and an extra egg roll.. I got the world's smallest combo plate and it was orange chicken..... $20 dollars for at most $10 worth of food... Very disappointed.

Food is good. Customer service is awful. I placed my order online. The lady at the cash register never looked at me to ask what I needed. She helped everyone around me. Looked around me to the lady behind me that she claims she confused me with and told her that her order was ready. All of this could have been avoided if each customer was treated as they should be. Acknowledge them, greet them, ask what they need. I was trying to be considerate due to they only have 2 people working. This isn't the first time the customer service has been poor. Everytime I order I am treated the same. Customer service goes a long way.

I have been here three times and made the same order every time. I recommend the honey chicken, thai boba tea, and fried donuts. They also give you your money’s worth of food. That being said I came here twice before I left town for a while and the orders were given to me hot and fresh. Now I don’t know if there’s a new management as again, I left town for a while, but I decided to come here a few hours ago right before they closed and ordered the same thing as usual. This time it was also given to me hot, but it had hair all in the chicken. When I give this place another try, which I definitely will to see if it’s just gone downhill or if it’s just a one time thing, I will change my review to update this depending on how that goes. I had to go ahead and give it a 4 star instead of 3 for now as today I did make a last minute order on call and that could have perhaps affected how it was given to me. I won’t say whether or not to come here until I edit this review.

Food was hot and fresh . Tasteful, the fried rice had flavor . They seem to cook it fresh ,so we didn't mind the wait . The staff is nice and friendly . The setting area could use some cleaning .They don't give you a lot of meat .

GREAT WALL? "NOT SO GREAT WALLL" The food was bland. Gave up on eating it.

The meal was only worth 10 dollars and I paid 20.85. It was only 6 pieces of shrimp in the shrimp lo mein , the coconut shrimp did not come covered or dipped in sauce you had to dip like you would sweet and sour chicken and the crab rangoon was not filled. This is why I am eating at home more often . I only ate because I never tried it and my stove is broken so I cannot cook in side the stove until it is fixed. I feel liked i jipped.

Never again will I eat here. The quality of a lot of restaurants have went down in the past year and a half. I can make my own crab rangoon

I ordered Teriyaki chicken and rice without veggies as I am allergic to carrots. I had it delivered to work. When I received it - there were carrots in the rice. I called and wanted to get what I ordered ($25 I spent!) and she told me the carrots are too processed for me to have an allergic reaction. Finally she agreed to give me white rice, but I had to go get it. My chicken was rubbery and both the chicken and rice were super salty! I will never eat from here again.
