I went there for the first time since moving to Ozark AL ten months ago. I was looking for a compost pitchfork. I asked the man at the register if they had one. He promptly told me what aisle and location I could find it. Sure enough, they had plenty of them. No box store or Walmart had any. Not even Tractor Supply had it. Thank you, Farm Systems .And by the way, great looking store. I'll be back soon.

These guys really take care of their customers, they earned my business for life today. Better selection of firearms than anyone else within 50 miles that I've found, and some really decent people running the place. Highly recommend!

Standard good ole boy store. Convenient if you 1. Don't have a normal job and work normal hours and 2. Don't have any other plans during the first half of your Saturday. If you're not part of that club, Piggy Wiggly Feed and Rural King in Dothan can be your spot. Longer hours and open on Sunday.

Extremely poor customer service for African Americans.

Today, I took my mother there to purchase a turkey fryer for her birthday. Upon entrance, the man at the register was very dry and short. Once we were ready to check out, she approached the counter. At this time, a white gentleman was approaching as well. Instead of addressing her, he just stared at her awkwardly. After what seemed like FOREVER of this encounter, I told her “Let’s go”. As we were walking out, I heard the man at the register say to the white gentleman behind us “How may I help you, sir?” EXTREMELY distasteful.

Business 101- Leave your personal feelings at the time clock. A sale is a sale. As a result of this man’s personal view, which I am assuming are a tad bit racist, the company lost revenue. There’s no telling how much money this company has lost as a result of this behavior towards a certain demographic.

On a positive note, I took my mother to another business and purchase TWO fryers simply because the salesman was professional, prompt, and demonstrated an air of genuinely wanting customer satisfaction.

Awesome little gem to stumble upon! The gun dept has a great selection and the employees are always ready to help. Wouldn’t expect it from the outside but one of the better gun shops around. Pretty fair prices
