Store Appearance: Very clean looking and products well stocked and fronted.
Produce Section: Well stocked and fresh. Couldn't find anything rotten.
Meat market: Sparkling clean! Meat was well presented and each in their neat and tidy space.
Staff interactions: Cashier was alert and ready to do her job. No mistakes, well spoken and pleasant with us.
Over all: I rate this experience a 5.

When your ice cream freezers go down and thaw out all your ice cream, then comes back on and refreezes all of it why would you not remove it ininstead of leaving it and screwing over your customers who are unaware. Despiscable

They have the freshest meats in Ozark. Also freshest produce. Prices are excellent. The employees are always helpful and kind. My only complaint is they aren’t located in Oneonta, Alabama. We need a Grocery Outlet store in my hometown !

Definitely have some of the best prices on meat in town. Produce is fresh but the selections are limited. Employees are courteous and helpful. You can bet around 95%of the time there is going to be an item or if you are lucky a few items that are on sale for a significant savings. Some of the items I purchased for next to nothing this month....25¢ cherry 7up (2ltr)...pork tenderloin /1 1/2lbs. For $3.18....Smithfield rolled sausage .99¢.,...so come give them a try.

The produce isn't fresh sometimes but for the most part it's okay. I bought an avocado 2 or 3 days ago and it's already molded.

Not sure what the problem was today with the cashier who checked us out. The baby kept saying, hi, hi and she never opened her mouth. Not even to greet us as patrons. She did not even look at us or said, thank you. Matter of fact, she was focused on chewing her gum. Her attitude was not representative of a business that sees a lot of Black people daily, what is the attitude for?

Excellent meat prices. Store is well stocked but literally there is always one employee working the register. I waited in line to check out for 25 minutes. Horrible customer service

Prices are about normal of every other grocery store but I like the idea of going to the meat department and then being able to custom slice any meat that I want to purchase in their store
