Great service can change your perspective on known food chain restaurants. On this day for my Moms Birthday Applebee's did not disappoint, our server Lilly was the best!! Food was good and orders came out accurate and in great timing. Food was hot and fresh and Managment checked in and she also was attentive and kind.

We ordered mushroom Swiss burger meals, I substituted mashed potatoes instead of fries... we had them cooked medium rare... they were both juicy and cooked just right!! The service was excellent. Ms Gracelynn was exceptional ???? loved our visit today 7-14-23

The food here is great; it’s what you would expect from an Applebee’s. My husband and I frequented this restaurant quite a few times several months ago. However, the management in evenings was absolutely terrible, so we found local establishments to support instead (Blue Agave and Difilippo’s). Keep in mind we went before dinner rush, so it was a shock when it took 5-10 minutes to be seated and another 10-15 minutes for a server to approach us. Once we had a server, the service was great, but it seems as though the evening manager at the time (a male whose name I do not know, unfortunately) didn’t care, and therefore, didn’t push for the servers to care either. Great food. Terrible service. Maybe Applebee’s should send people to provide training.

Yum! I love the food at this location. All Applebee's are not created equal. Lol. Ozark Applebee's rocks!!!

I'm not greedy enough for all you can eat boneless wings...but I tried.

Was told wait for the Hanger Room would be an "just a little while". We had a party wait almost an hour and then were told it would be another hour. Manager was rude and unprofessional and smugly told us to have a nice night with a smirk on her face. She didn't even try to accommodate any seating for our party and your restaurant was 3/4's empty. She followed us out and proceeded to talk about our party to other waiting customers. Not going back while she's managing.

I'm from the northwest suburbs of Chicago, and Applebee's are far and few between. My friend and I were on a road trip, we stopped at this Applebee's. We both had the steak lunch special. The steak was perfect, as were the sides. Our waitress was very efficient, knowledgeable, friendly, and engaging. Thank you for a great experience.

Nice but service is iffy and took forever to get my salad. I don't blame the kitchen as there are staffing issues everywhere and my food was good. Waitress either went on break or just didn't want to check on tables. Normally, service is good too.

My husband and I came in for dinner with our daughter. Kaleea was our server and she took exceptional care of us! She was attentive, prompt, and incredibly kind. We were very pleased with the service she provided.
