The staff is usually helpful at this location. Everything tends to be well stocked and places so items are way to find. This Walmart is extremely popular; therefore, pick your shopping hours very carefully. A crowd frequently forms that this location between the hours of 4pm and 6pm. I came to pick up a few things today with my niece. There were no carts in the cart area, however an employee (who was checking receipts) was leaning against the only available cart. I asked him if I could use it and he just looked at me. The couple behind me asked the same thing and he told them that there are plenty of them in the parking lot. Between that, no stock, ridiculous prices and having to self check out…I will never step foot in a Walmart again. Wow.

This Walmart is huge and really clean, I'm from CA, Walmart always has a good selection of drinks and snacks when traveling. Prices are definitely cheaper here in AL than CA.

Shopping is stressful enough. Having to play cashier and bagger too doesn't help. A good way to lose business. Keep the bright ideas rolling Walmart.

I had a coupon, the AC wasn't working so I bought something and left as soon as possible. Absolutely the most depressing store out there. It will take another coupon before I go back to shop.

This store is crazy nothing is ever stocked and what is the prices are either not marked or wrong when you get to the register. There's always pallets of goods in the aisles and employees carts left blocking the way. Everytime you go to check out the line is a mile long and there's usually 3+ employees standing around in each the self check out area. Between that and the 1 or 2 people at each door that always act like you stole something they could have 10 registers open and not have people waiting 30 minutes to check out in the middle of the day.

I recently purchased a solar generator at this store. I changed my mind on the product and brought it back to return the item. I had my receipt and the original packaging. The lady at the return desk told me that I could not return the item because the serial number on the box did not match the serial number on the unit. I was confused because I most certainly purchased the item and had proof with my receipt. The store manager/coach Saponia was absolutely the rudest person I have ever met. She walked off several times and told me she was done with me. At one point she told me that I might as well take the item home cause I could not return it. When I asked to talk to someone else about a resolution she told me to call 1800 walmart and walked off. Several minutes later the loss prevention officer came over and he also had a terrible attitude and even pounded his fist on the counter at me and was extremely aggressive with me. He actually did check the cameras and confirmed that the box was not tampered with at the time of purchase yet still refused to return the item. It was very obvious that they thought I stole the item and was trying to return it. This makes no sense. If we think about it logically I had a receipt and you confirmed on camera that I purchased the item and it was not tampered with. They told me this was a dispute that I would have to take up with Jackery, the manufacturer of the item. I am sorry but it should not be the consumer responsibility to deconflict something like this especially when you have video evidence that I purchased the item and it wasn't tampered with. In addition to that I had a representative from the manufacturer on the phone and she tried to explain to the store manager that the number on the box would not match the serial number on the unit. The store manager also argued with her and again refused to help. You would have thought that an easy solution would have been to grab another product off the shelf and check to see if those numbers matched. I guarantee you that every Jackery solar panel generator in that store probably has a different S/N on the unit than what is on the box. The representative from Jackery even told them that. Long story short they did make the return after about 2 hours of me being extremely direct and refusing to leave until I got my money back. I did not appreciate the aggressive behavior and complete lack of care that I received from this management staff. No employee should pound on the counter like that at a customer and I was completely baffled that the store manager would walk off and tell me I was not her problem. After this experience I am not sure that I will ever be able to spend another dollar at wal-mart.
