Upon entering we were greeted by a wonderful hostess. Was informed that it would be a 30 minute wait. Noticing that it was mid week and the parking lot was not full and costumers not waiting was a puzzle for us; however, our question was answered after the server Zee took our order and informed us that there was only one cook and they also had a large party in the back along with other patrons waiting to be served. Zee & hostess were a delight making sure that everyone was ok and making the wait well worth it. I gave lower marks on food because the salad was not as fresh ( waterish )and biscuits was rushed under cooked ( mushy in the center ).
My Gold Ster goes out to the Cook who prepared us the unlimited shrimp & crab feast ⭐

I always enjoy Red Lobster. Our waiter was TRULY ON POINT!!! This gentleman was an awesome waiter! I take my hat off to him and I didn't mind giving him a BIG tip!!! I will remember his name next time. GREAT JOB young man.

Our server Zee did the very best she could. I was in restaurant management for a lot of years and never would have let one server handle 10 tables at once. Maybe two tops but never tables with four or more.

The food I had was good but my wife's meal was awful the Shrimp were literally burned at the skewer. Still even with one issue or another from her ten tables Zee kept a smile on her face.

This location has been here for 35+ years and I never thought I would say Today is my last visit to the Auburn Al location.

Took us forever to get seated. Took forever to get refills and things of that nature. They were short staffed so I try to overlook it but this was my experience. I did love the food though as always. Biscuits once again so good. ☺️ still had a great time. 4 stars

The staff made us feel welcomed. Very nice and clean restaurant. Our server Nate was awesome. He made sure we had everything we needed from start to finish. The food was amazing as well everything was hot and fresh.

The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at any Red Lobster. Food was supposed to be ready at 11:15. I texted at 11:20, after about 8 mins I called the direct line. I received no answer. I then called the restaurant # where she explained to me they were short staffed and it would probably be about another 10-15 minutes. By this time it was past 11:30. She stated that 4 tables were waiting outside upon arrival in which I started my order was placed well before theirs was. I proceed to go into the restaurant where the lady over the phone completely ignores me, but goes to get the manager. I then explain the situation to him and ask him how long it would be, and he said he was going to check. Over 10 mins go by, I go to look for someone to give me a refund, by this time he comes back well after 11:40 with my food. Ridiculous.

I love the ultimate feast and it is ???? percent worth the money because it comes with a lot of crab legs and a lobster tail with shrimp (fried and grilled) and two sides 100% worth the money

Service was horrible rarely saw our waiter, maybe 5 times the whole we were there. We got unlimited shrimp and it took way long to even get refills (15-20 mins) . We got our food before our appetizer. Took 20 mins to get our alcoholic drinks just for them to be like smoothies. $80 worth of a waste money.
