Excellent pizza. Hopefully you won't get the waitress we had. I've never seen her b4 but she wasn't good at all. Never smiled Never came back to see how our food was and all she did was take our order. I could see if they were busy but they weren't. Only one other table came after we were half way through. She could've at least chkd back with us. Needless to say she blew her tip. ????

Just moved here a little less than 2 years ago. Someone took us to the Pie Factory….and I loved it. This is now where WE take anyone who visits with us. The “Muscle Shoals Sound” pizza is the BEST!!! For those pepperoni lovers…the sauce has a kick to it and I can never eat a “regular” pepperoni pizza again. Our new puppy also had some Pie Factory boxes make it into his photo shoot!!! Love it, love it, LOVE IT!!!!

Went at noon for lunch, My first time at a Pie Factory. Food was hot a delicious! We got the James Brown Wings, they are grill with Buffalo sauce. They sauce has a kick but not to bad. I also got the Maui Wowie calzone, it was really good. It has pepperoni. Jalapeños and grilled pineapples, would recommend if you like pineapples on pizza!

I just want to say thank you ???? so much, to Kyle Rutherford at the Muscle Shoals Pie Factory for serving the teachers at Muscle Shoals Early Learning Center. It was an amazing lunch! Best pizza ever! ❤️❤️❤️

We are in town on business and a local recommended this place. I'm SO GLAD she did. Wow. The crust was absolutely perfection, the topping ratio and taste was beyond perfect and our server was absolutely one of the beat servers I've ever encounter. She saw my Arkansas shirt and told is she just came back from floating the Buffalo river. We had such a nice talk with her and her service level was top notch.
Don't miss out on this place!!!!

Had the Muscle Shoals Sound pie. Not gonna say it's my favorite but the mix of flavors with the hot sauce drizzle is enough to bring me back whenever I'm in the area.
Service was exceptional, thanks Austin.
Atmosphere calm and relaxed with awesome tunes.

Oh my Gosh! A fabulous example of brick oven pizzas... great menu combinations and the wings were excellent! We will definitely return!

Good service, great food! Clean than most of area restaurants! I ordered tomato basil dip (delicious) and calzone - maui wowie (good but lil bland)
