We visited for lunch and had the best meal. I ordered the chimichanga with strips of steak, it came with rice and beans and lettuce tomato sour cream and guacamole. My son ordered the California chicken burrito and it was massive. We also ordered Ala carte Chile rellanos and the food was excellent! Even the chips and salsa were good. The server was super friendly and on top of things. Excellent food, excellent service, highly recommend this place for yummy Mexican food. And I'm from California, so I know what good Mexican food tastes like ????
**Visited a second time before leaving the area as we were just visiting. This time it was super busy, on a Saturday at lunchtime. I had a steak fajita burrito ($6.99), it was very good, highly recommend this. My son had a chicken burrito grande and it was that, grande, it was huge! He said it was delicious and so large he couldn't even finish it. Very good Mexican food at this restaurant if you're visiting from out of the area or you're just never tried eating at this place, and you're looking for some good Mexican food, give this place a try!

Delicious, fresh food in generous portions - even at lunch - for a very fair price. Servers are attentive and prompt.

We used to go here all of the time but stopped going when the health score fell. Tried it again and the score was over 90 and it was good. The dish we usually get was a bit different but tasted good. The BEST cheese dip.

I had the grilled quesadilla with steak. The portion size was great, everything tasted fresh, except for the chopped steak. It was gamy and tough. Overall a good experience tho and their fried ice cream is amazing!

Always peaceful and a delight. Normally the servers are very pleasant and helpful...yesterday was a very busy day though. One day out of ten years of eating there not bad odds. We always enjoy eating there.

I had the best EVER HARD TACO W/ Chicken, beef, Julienne lettuce, and Chopped Mozerella in a Huge TACO Shell!! It was ALL Amazing and the staff were overly helpful with all of the questions I had. The prices were very reasonable, fast service and great food with a good Bar.

I eat here frequently with friends and we always get our monies worth plus it the only restraunt that still has a smoking section. Rancho Viejo has been around for a long time hopefully good people will keep going to keep it open for a lot longer.
