Nice, clean restaurant. Easy to read menu and great, friendly customer service at the front desk. Ordered a pork sandwich, fries and sweet tea. Really good meal.

Pulled pork sandwich served cold with Cole slaw on it. I went through the drive thru, asked for a fork, she said it was in there. I pulled in to a parking space, guess what no fork. I went inside explained what happened rather than handing me a fork, they directed me to where in the lobby to get one. Potato salad is a mustard style. Not great over all, terrible service.

Fantastic huge baked potato definitely the best item on the menu. Pork has good flavor but very small portion same with the chicken platter. There was actually more meat on the cheaper pulled pork sandwich my son ordered than the pulled pork full dinner plate. We experienced similar portions with chicken as my whole fe got chicken on her baked potato and my friend who ordered the large chicken platter had about the same or a little less chicken.

Ordered 2 bake potatoes with pork no sour cream and ham and cheese sandwich. Both potatoes loaded with sour cream and sandwich tasted like it had been sitting there all day. I wasted $25.00. Everything went in garbage. I was very surprised usually food is better than that.

Rick's is probably the best tasting BBQ I have ever had. It's that damn good....slap your mama good. BUT....we rarely eat there because of the service. It's slow ????. We waited 40 minutes in the drive-thru for food for 2 people...the food was excellent though...worth the wait????? IDK

Food is always good. Service speed can be hit or miss. I always go through the drive-through. Their loaded potatoes are amazing,

Try a milkshake! Green apple mixed with caramel. It is delicious.

Do better or shut this place down. I mean I’m not sure how training is but if there is more than 3 cars in the drive through expect at least a 30 min wait time and have your order wrong in the end . Everyone take your money place else.

Normally great service. The last 4 times I’ve been though, they have messed up the loaded potato skins. I have specified loaded every time and this is what I always get. No onions, no bacon bits, and no love.

Miley frustrating because it’s bland without it.
