I will say Munford Post office staff are very incompetent. They have misplaced items several times and when I called to ask about missing items they will lie in a heart beat. Instead of being honest and saying they made a mistake. There needs to be a closer look into this mail location. I know its a small town but we all care about our mail and packages also.

The staff at the Munford Post Office is very professional, they will go out of their way to assist you. If you have any delivery issue, you can call and you will be treated with dignity and respect. They provide fast, efficient and courteous service.

This is the most courteous post office in the country. Dawn the clerk is very knowledgeable not only about postal services offered but about the area as well. No waiting. Fast sufficient service.

Packages never getting delivered or get put in wrong box. This week our package wasn't delivered instead they decided to put in the tracking info that our house is vacant when its not and return my package back to Washington dc. Very poor service. entire staff needs overhauled.

Im disabled and the munford post office is very unprofessional. I get nothing in writing why they keep stopping my mail .the one notice i got i repaired the road. They deliver then stop again no notice .did not wont to give them a star but couldnt put review without it. So to get my mail i have to leave my house go up there every other day im disabled that is putting a lit of stress on my body.please if anybody can help me get this stughted out let me know

Poor route service (mail placed in the wrong boxes, stop/hold sevice not followed per directions). Carrier and post master are very apologetic, but continue to make the same mistakes. Poor service should be reported to the 1-800 number but do not be discouraged by the long wait time. Sorry, to go this route but this is the only WAY for CHANGE!

The Mail Carriers here really do care about there customers if I have any questions they always take the time to answer them

Never had an issue and the service inside has always been friendly and helpful
