Food a 4 because the burgers could be bigger for the price but taste good. service a 4 cause no one is perfect. Atmosphere a 3 cause they a TV and like all others places to sit down and that's that.. fast food right!? Great fries. Try the jalapeno crunch burger, it's awesome though not all Jacks serve them

We do not have a Jack's in Ohio, so this was a treat! The southern fried chicken was delicious! All of our food was fresh, and we didn't wait very long in the drive thru even though they were busy.

We also visited another Jack's in Tennessee on the way home, but it couldn't compare to this one. This location is the best!

What is so hard about getting an order right? I tell you what I want, you put it in a bag, I pay you, and we part ways. Unfortunately that’s not the case anymore with fast food. Nowadays it’s more like I tell you what I want, you put whatever you want (or lack there of) in my bag, I pay you, and then I get home to discover that society as a whole is doomed because there’s grown adults out there that can’t complete the most menial tasks.

We walked in and ordered us breakfast, and when I went to pay, my card wasn't working, and we were in from out of state visitting my son and granddaughters, so I had to have them cancel the order. Never once did anyone say they stopped serving breakfast. I fixed the pay situation and went back up to reorder the food ordering 3 breakfast meals and a 4 peice chicken the same as the 1st time. Never once did I know they stopped serving breakfast. While I am in line, they were looking for a family their tray of food was done. I was looking at it and said that's not ours. Told her what we ordered. She said I canceled that order. Well, it was our tray with only 1 thing being correct. I should have taken it before I got back in line because she never canceled, and I didn't even pay yet, but being the honest person I am, I get back in line to reorder. To find out the tray that was there was ours with cold food all the way around and only one item being correct.

They open when they want. They used to open at 430. Then they started opening at 400. I have been here several times and it's always different. Poor management. I used to come everyday but not anymore. The last straw was today ????

Jacks oh my. The food is edible. The service absolutely sucks. I really don't see why people love it so much. Bojangles for the win.

The food is usually alright if you're not adverse to soggy fries. 80% of the time the workers are quite rude and in their own space. And most of all THE HYGIENE.

Usually I eat here for work, but one day the lady taking care of my order was, as normal, despondent and ready for me to leave. But most of all, the filthiness by her was insane. My receipt had greasy finger prints that were closer to black and brown, my card had oily grease on it (I had to wipe it down for it to actually go away), and her clothes were filthy. I get the fast food place isn't the most hygienic but this was on another level. DO NOT EAT HERE, ESPECIALLY IF YOU'RE PRONE TO SICKNESS.

They was cool AF they suggested the Bacon ranch and delivered the meat was tender sauce all thru and it was given life and the customer service was A1 so I'll be back soon much love
