driver be careful!
be prepared to stand here for 6 hours or more, after loading you will probably have an overload, you will have to wait for the gate again, and after partial unloading (to make 79,999 pounds) you will go happy that you have escaped from this place. the time loss was 7.5 hours! at current order prices, it's better to go to work at McDonald's without putting your life in danger for 11 hours a day driving a heavy truck!

I came here on a Friday afternoon,
you pull up on the scale
check in with the guard
give them your pick up number
( it's a 6-digit number )
after that give them
your trailer number
your phone number
tell them where the load is going
city, state.
and she will show you a map of where you are and you just basically go around the building and you will pass by a first set of Docs
keep going,there's a dirt lot on the left, turn left and go straight
pass by another scale
and you look over to your right and there's a set of docks over there and
Turn right and back into a spot on the dirt lot
you just park in that gravel lot
make sure your tandems are slid all the way to the back
When they are ready to assign you a door
they will call you on the phone and put you in the door
and it's really easy.
as soon as they get you loaded,
they call you on the phone or they come outside and give you a thumbs up and let you know that you're ready to go
go inside, sign your paperwork.
that's it.
then you shut your doors,
slide your tandums back to where they were
then head for the exit
you got to scale your load on the way out
and they do not Axel your weight here at this facility
you will have to go to a truck stop and weigh your load.
there are 4 truck stops in Lincoln Alabama off Interstate 20
TA truck stop
2 Pilot truck stops
And a mom and pop truck stop across from one of the pilots with a cat scale too
this place is so easy.
there's nothing complicated about this place.
there's really nothing to complain about as far as I could see.
I was greeted with a nice warm friendly smile. and the staff here is extremely friendly.
I would give them a million stars if I could.
I love this place????????????
and I would definitely be back again to get loaded
best place ever on the planet as far as I'm concerned.
I know that there's some out there that's really awesome too but this one is really awesome i had a great experience here.

The unproffesionalism and disorganization of this facility is immense!! I arrived at the facility an hour and 15 minutes early for an 1430 appointment time and I still haven't been loaded or given any updates on when I'll be loaded. I have read other truck drivers' reviews and the majority of them are unsatisfactory!! They state on some of those reviews that you'll be unloaded in a timely manner, but what is their definition of a timely manner??? I've been sitting here for over 5 hours and nobody has given me the slightest clue as to when I'll be loaded!! Conversely, there's been drivers who pulled up after I got here and they were loaded immediately!! Needless to say, I hope I NEVER GET A LOAD FROM HERE AGAIN!!! Beware drivers!!!

Very rude we sat for 7 hours to get in a dock. There were trucks that only sat 10 to 15 min and got loaded and headed out after asking what the issue was they try to say they had appointments when the paper work simply says they don't do appointments. After 7 hours of sitting to wait to get loaded. We finally got loaded then went on the scale we were over weight by over 3000 pounds. After asking the guy how long will it take to get get them to fix it he said shouldn't be more then 15 to 20 min. IT WAS ANOTHR HOUR. so a total of 8 hours waiting for this company.

My company told me I had a 1000 to 1200 live load. Got there at 1015 wasn't loaded till 1330. 42700 lb loaded weight. People there were nice. 6.7.23

(flatbed driver)every time come to this place always I get loaded really quick and always friendly guard and friendly forklift driver.

I had appointment for pick up for afternoon , I called them a day before and asked them if they can take me earlier they said come in early in the morning and if not too busy we’ll take you. And yes I just wait 2 hours and got loaded very quickly and correctly. Shipping guys are very nice and polite.

Very professional and quick. Appt was for 1pm, arrived at 9:45am I was 5th in line checked in and was told were to stage. Was out by 11:45am.
