Caked in Mayo and got the end piece of the loaf. They couldn’t have opened a new loaf of bread? If they were out, that’s cool, just tell me and I’ll pick something else. Most folks don’t like the ends of the loaf, myself included. And I did not ask for a Mayo sandwich with egg and bacon. EASE UP ON THE MAYO, daggum.

I was asked to come on the inside due to the drive thru being down okay cool but in short words Horrible everything about this restaurant is HORRIBLE I spent 40 dollars on some hard biscuits under cooked chicken lumpy mash potatoes the restaurant being in the town is great but the service it gives makes us not want it here every trip to this restaurant becomes worse just shut it down and start over at this point! Not to mention I ordered a burger and my buns was cold can it get any worse!

The lady taking our order cut us off every time we spoke and had a huge attitude. They didn't give us any napkins, or ask if we wanted sauce. We kept trying to ask but she seemed so inconvenienced and continued to interrupt us when we just were trying to give our order. We have multiple years of experience in fast food and definitely won't be returning to a jacks. Plus who puts lettuce and tomato on a Buffalo ranch sandwich? It tasted like a coleslaw sandwich. Plus there was almost no Buffalo on it. I opened the sandwich to look and there was the smallest drizzle. Like dude I couldn't taste the buffalo even after I took of the lettuce and tomato. Fries were hot though...

It took a long time for a Restaurant To open. It's ridiculous Have Sometimes there are restaurants that open at times. And what down grade the review is. They were often short staff. Which made the Wait even longer. The wait is so long That we have to go to the Store To kill the time. Overall the service is good, and the name itself is unique, but the food doesn't stand out. However, I do recommend going here if you have never been in Alabama.

Went through the drive through and they told me to pull up along with some other cars, I was the 3rd car in line. No customers in lobby. After 25 minutes of waiting on my food they brought it out and still got my order wrong. When I asked the employee about the missing item he seemed annoyed and indifferent. I'll never be back.

My food was so hard and disgusting. The photo is what I got after complaining about the first 2 attempts to serve me. The manager was really rude and kept rolling her eyes. This was on my second visit. The first visit I ordered a half dozen cinnamon rolls to take to the office. They were hard and ice cold. When I said something about it the manager said that you have to request warm cinnamon rolls. I was completely done. Continue driving to the next county because this place is definitely not worth the money.

This place sucks. I literally ask for ranch all the time. They always say they haven't made any. In other words, they are saying they are too lazy to make the customer happy by going and making some. Food is always cold, never fresh. Always smells like dope at the window. I see them vaping in there most of the time I come through. Piss poor service. If I could choose 0 stars, I would!

PITIFUL. PITIFUL. PITIFUL!!!! I would give zero stars if I could. My first experience at this place was horrible. I ordered 2 bacon, egg, cheese wraps this morning and they were so cold i thought the bacon was the only thing cooked, not even it was hot. EVERYTHING WAS COLD!! Highly disappointed.
