Great little place! Wings are A+++ they don’t advertise the wings but they’re some of the best! Salads are huge. I could only eat 1/4. Highly Recommended!

My son wanted to take my son and me to eat last night. We all ordered steak. They only had 2 steaks so I offered to change my order. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger and curley fries. When the waitress brought the food, she forgot one's loaded baked potato and the other's salad, their bread, and their knives to eat their steak with.

My hamburger was dry and cold. I immediately took it off my plate and sat it on a napkin on the table. It was like they had cooked it early in the day, sat it under a heat lamp till after lunch hours and put in the fridge and pulled it out and served it cold when I ordered. The fries tasted greasy like they were put in grease before the heat was turned on to the fryer and the fries soaked it up. Both of the boys steaks were also overcooked. When the waitress showed up with the loaded baked potato and salad, I told her I wasn't eating the hamburger because it was cold and the boys needed knives to eat their steaks.

She brings their knives and her boss. I'm sitting there trying to eat the fries because they were at least slightly warm and I needed to eat something. She asks me if I'm going to eat the fries. I didn't know what she was meaning, so I asked her, "what?" She asks again, "Do you want the fries. You either get both or you don't get either one." I wasn't aware that the fries couldn't be charged separately if I was eating them. I pushed the plate towards her and she took both the hamburger and fries from the table. I was left sitting with ice water wondering if she'd come and take it next. When she did this, both of my boys lost their appetites. One son finished eating his overcooked steak and the other one only ate half of his. Both left their fries, baked potato, and salad untouched.

The young waitress apologized when we got up to leave. I told her that they lost their appetite when her boss did what she did and all of their food was left on the table uneaten. It wasn't all her fault. Yes, she didn't bring all of their food or knives, but it wasn't her fault that the food sucked and her boss was rude.

I walked outside when my son stopped at the register to pay. He came out and said the lady wouldn't let him add a tip to credit card charge and he had no cash for the waitress.

I would leave zero ⭐ s if I could. I do not recommend this restaurant and will never go back.

The waitress originally asked if we wanted the buffet. We all declined because it looked gross. This should have been our sign that we should have left while we were ahead.

Great service, kind, friendly and attentive. The meals from the buffet are tasty and home-made style, authentic gulf coast recipes. The place is clean and conveniently located nearby the hotels south from Monroeville and opens very esrly morning being a great alternative for a real breakfast on very affordable prices. A place I'd like to visit again. Best to pay by cash.

I always want to stop here when we are visiting in-law family, but am usually passing through at odd hours, so rarely catch this place open. My first visit was very good, but the food on the buffet today truly trumps the menu item. Thank you, AJ's for one of the best fried pork chops I've ever eaten!!!!!

The food was great! I can't deny that. But, the people in the establishment acted as if we were aliens! Until America really solve this racial issue that we have, we as a country will never experience true harmony in this world. Owners of these establishments should educate their staff about implicit biased behavior.
While we weren't outright discriminated against, it was like they had to pick straws on who would serve us. Blessings to the older white lady who was willing to be our servant

Had been a while since my wife and I ate there. The hometown atmosphere was very pleasing. The lady that waited on us was spot on with taking care of us. Thank you!!!

Good food if you like buffet style. Just be careful when you get there. They have trouble at change over from breakfast to lunch, having enough food out.

Working here in town and stopped in on Friday morning. Really busy but plenty of seat available. Decent size breakfast menu, but decided to get the all you can eat buffet. No complaints on food. Sausage, bacon, biscuits and gravy All on point.
