Speed of prep, ease of ordering online, overall cost, and the food was great..
Still wish they would deliver to Excel; I'd even do a thirty to 40 percent tip..
07.14.23 - do not know if it was website app, or persons filing order, but totally botched order of 3 items (no special order items), and ended up driving and waiting thirty minutes for order to be made (as it was never prepped to begin with); not too happy.

Monroeville, AL Pizza Hut needs to get it together!! Wasted money on pizza, because it was HORRIBLE!! And the online service is always out of order! Too bad I can't give them a NEGATIVE STAR!!!

I do Love our pizza hut.... But hear lately they have been slacking on my toppings and sauce.. Still taste amazing but if I pay for extra cheese and toppings I expect to get them it's very expensive!! We ordered the Big New Yorker it came it came with 3rows one at the base close to the crust one at the top Small circle and one in the middle half the pizza was just cheese.. I ordered another Medium pizza extra cheese and pineapples and other stuff they forgot the pineapples. And the 3 extra marinara sauces I bought 2 were about half full and one was quarter full. Like I said I love our pizza hut taste amazing but they are slacking these Pizza's ant cheap. Will still be going and supporting my pizza hut still love them

Most of the time they get the orde right but I'd suggest check ur Pizza before u pull off from drive thru otherwise excellent fast service

Have to wear a mask to enter...can not sit down inside...looks like needs a major cleaning inside. Pizza was disappointing...not even close to the "Detroit" pizza as seen on TV. Thin and barely edible. After eating 2 slices...threw remainder in garbage.

The cash

The cashier was friendly, but the food looked better on paper than it was presented. A little disappointed in the temp and crush was over cooked. But the store has friendly staff.

I had an excellent experience today at Pizza Hut. I placed my order online. When I pulled to the window, the manager greeted me with a warm smile and she was very friendly. My food was hot and fresh.
