This was a town we used to live in many years ago. We were in town for a funeral and needed a quick bite to tide us over. We chose McDonald's because it was close and familiar. We went inside and ordered from a real person. We like the personal touch. The food was delicious. I had a chicken sandwich. I enjoyed it. My wife had a fillet of fish sandwich. It was good also. The prices were reasonable. We'll be back.

The crew working at this McDonald’s in Monroeville Al are the Best!!
The restaurant was very clean in the dining area & behind the counter.
The young people working here were very kind & pleasant!! They asked for items from co workers & said please & Thank you to each other. So nice to see respect for their co workers. ( you don’t see that often in fast food establishments).
They got our order promptly! It was hot, fresh & delicious!
Thank you to these young people working on Valentines Day in the evening.
We will definitely be back! We hope the crew working tonight is there when we come back!????????????Thanks for making my night a good one!!

I rarely eat McDonald's but we had been traveling all day and were hungry. The Filet of Fish, my goto, was nice and hot with the right amount of Tarter Sauce. Fries could have been cooked longer but good enough to eat them all. The floor, however, was extremely slippery like it had been mopped with grease, even in the ladies room. It's a wonder I didn't slip and fall.

The employees were very pleasant when we went. Food was hot and freshly made. Dining area was clean. I was impressed. Price was a bit high, but I guess that's the way it is everywhere these days.

I had 3 drinks come with my order and meant to cancel but never got it to go through on the app. I told the young lady that and told her i didnt need a refund, to just throw the drinks away for me when she brought my food to curbside and all she could do is roll her eyes and say "Wow".
I also order from them all the time.

On our way home to Kansas and got the best service, by far, that we have ever got at a McDonald's at this location. Our food was hot and made exactly how we ordered it! Staff was friendly and helpful and it was clean!

I don't often leave less than a good review. Unfortunately, this place has some improvements needed. I found that the cashier was not very pleasant, as I waited nearly 5 minutes to be served. Not even a word or a nod as we made eye contact multiple times. Finally, the transaction was rude and short. The sandwich took a long time to get to me even though the store wasn't busy. When the food came, it wasn't hot, and it was made very messy! I don't think I will be in a hurry to go back. I hope things turn around for this store because the location is excellent! The only redeeming quality I found was that it was very clean!

They need better customer service. People need to feel welcome, not like your walking to a grave site.
