Hey Publix, you got yourself a hard working man. Went above and beyond when it came to customer service. Respectful, courteous, and professional. I recently had the pleasure of working with Department Manager Mr. Franklin, and was extremely impressed with his high level of professionalism and excellent customer service. From the initial contact to the completion of what I needed, everything was handled in a very professional and timely manner. Mr. Franklin was knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating, and made sure that all of my questions and concerns were answered. The quality his work was outstanding and I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for top-notch customer service and a high level of professionalism. If I could give more than five stars, I would!

Super-friendly and helpful employees. They all seem so happy to be working at Publix. The store is always clean. The bathrooms are always immaculate. You can't go wrong. It may be slightly more expensive than Walmart........but it is worth it every time!

Beautiful and Clean Store! Helpful, cheerful workers, and a great selection of ALL grocery items. Also, wonderful buy-one, get-one deals!
I just discovered the wonderful pharmacy and Staff. Drive up window is awesome!! I've transferred ALL of my family's prescriptions here.

Where do l start? Oh, Publix, where shopping is a pleasure! Wish we had them in Louisiana. This is a great store with good bakery, decent produce department, outstanding deli featuring the most amazing subs, and expanded groceries and ethnic foods section. Employees are helpful and friendly. Please make sure to check the picture I took of an associate on the floor cleaning under the produce displays. Well done!

It was good we ordered ahead on insta cart and picked up and before we were even parked and could let them know we were there the woman was at our parking spot asking if we were us and offering her service to bring us our groceries. IT was super quick and easy

This is a good grocery store. I really like good fruits and vegetables and so glad they have such good produce. I also like their bakery and deli items. If you want hot fresh food they have good chicken and corn nuggets. I always like their Savory Tarragon Chicken Breast salad also. They have my favorite Gelato in ice cream bins in freezer!

Rude service in the deli, very rude!!!! They can’t handle stress and then they yell at you for asking a question. Will no longer be back.
Immediately say they can’t serve you for the next 20 mins because they’re busy. Unprofessional and inconsiderate. Hire more people if you need help. Actually call people back that have applied.

Love everything about it. They have a great variety of ethnic and unusual products. I am adventurous cook so having such options appeals to me a great deal.
