This has got to be one of the worst ones I've been to, and not just for Bessemer, but everywhere! They never have half the things you try to order, some machine is always either not working or they are out of stock on ingredients. This place sucks plain and simple, service is horrible. If you get off the interstate in hopes of getting a god quick bite to eat you'll be sorry you did.

I normally dont have any major issues with this McDonalds outside of maybe what I would expect at McDs. But, during breakfast today, the doors to the dining room area were locked without any reason.

I'm not sure if they were short staffed or if it's a new policy to only have one drive thru lane open in the morning. If it's a new policy, I think it should be reflected somewhere. I should have the option to get my order without needing wait in a super long drive thru line.

My food was fine and nothing wrong with it.

Would definitely say that this is the best McDonald's I've been to in Alabama. I'm not saying I've been to all McDonald's in Alabama but this is the best one I've been to so far! Great service, food gets out fast and all the food is always there, and the people who eat there are keep to themselves and never cause a scene.

I used the app, I was given half my order. I gave them my receipt and was told to pull up..5 minutes later, I get my entire order made perfectly and hot. My real only complaint is ..why no napkins or at least a packet of ketchup..

They are horrible. Simply put they mess your order up a the employees cause a scene saying you didn’t order that this an that they are horrible I suggest go anywhere else other than this place ..

If a customer is speaking to you then you take out your airpods and listen! She had the nerve to point at them like a deaf person would a hearing aid. No customer service from any of the staff. It's obvious the meat has been sitting under a light way past time and just threw some salt on top.
The picture is breaking the edge of the patty off. That's $33 of food wasted because none of it was edible and I'm not wasting gas for my complaint to fall on deaf ears.

Never have frappes (if you add any thing to them)
Never answers phone when they mess up orders… or ever

The cashier seemed to be somewhat distracted. I asked for a large sweet tea with my combo, #2 quarter pounder w/cheese, and she handed me the standard combo meal cup. No problem, until i ask again and u ask me to hold on and never let me get that cup. I got my food quickly, as expected. I had to wait for my McFlurry. By the way, that new strawberry shortcake McFlurry, its ok but nothing to get excited over. I finally got my McFlurry after i had my food about 5 minutes. So... Yeah... Not the best trip i ever had to McDonald's.
