The food is always A1 at McAlister's. I'm so sad that we don't have one in Montgomery anymore. The nearest one is in Prattville. I was visiting my son in North Alabama, so we decided to eat there. The food was great.

My granddaughters go here all the time. I never tried it because I am gluten free and didn't know if they had anything I could eat. I tried it today and they have several gluten free options. The veggie spud is awesome and huge. A great little eatery with good food at reasonable prices.

I ordered curbside pickup. I arrived and used email button to notify the staff that I was there. I could see my order with lemonade sitting behind the counter but no one brought it out to me. After sitting there 20 minutes (no exaggeration) I went in to get my order. I regretted giving a tip. Rye bread was really dry.

I had an amazing experience my food was well prepared and fixed just like I ordered. The staff was so friendly. I would recommend this location to anyone.

Our sandwich bread was horrible. Like it had been left open for 2 days. The rest of our $12 sandwiches were soggy & bland. Be a long time before we go back.
The soup was good.

If I could give no stars I definitely would. Ordered a King club, no bacon, no tomato, no ham and a regular club, no bacon, no ham, extra honey mustard. Both came out with bacon, ham and tomato on first sandwich. Took them back in, waited another 10 minutes to get back in car to the king club having ham still in it and the regular with on one side of the sandwich with the ham removed. Took it back in for the 2nd time amd instead of remaking the sandwiches correctly the just fondled them to remove the items. We don't eat pork so to.just have it removed is unacceptable. This happened 6/11/23 around 8:30p
Customer service at it's lowest.

Our 1st drive up visit the food was great. Service 2nd time was great but food especially the French dip sandwiches were lacking. Actually Terrible. And expensive!! Probably won't order again.

The taste of the smoked turkey, black forest ham and Angus roast beef, and provolone on the Memphian sandwich was beyond my imagination. It was full of flavor and freshness. The cheese and broccoli soup was creamy and cheesy. The chicken salad sandwich was bold and seasoned.
