The care, professionalism, and attention to detail is what you want when trying to take care of your family heirloom piano and that’s exactly what we got with Thomas Piano Service. We had two pedals broken during our last military move and he was able to find the parts and get them replaced and repaired. Hearing the piano be finely tuned by his expert ears was pure masterpiece. Even my puppy loved hearing his work and wanted to stay by him.

Mr. Thomas spent a lot of time tuning, lubricating and repairing my 40 year old piano that hasn't been played since 1979. He is very good at his job and worked from the minute he arrived until he was finished (took about 2 hours). I highly recommend Mr. Thomas and his piano services. He is amazing.

Thomas Piano is an excellent company. They provided us with great service. They moved our 6'8 semi-concert grand piano carefully and safely. They were also very prompt and their price was very reasonable. Plus, Mr Thomas even tuned a few of the notes that were really out of tune, free of charge. We would definitely recommend them! Thank you Thomas Piano!

Great service! I called multiple places for comparison. So glad I went with Thomas … prompt moving with no problems. He and his assistant went above and beyond their duty to assist us in moving our piano. Thanks !

I ended up not using their services, but the owner’s wife was so kind on the phone, and their son was super helpful as we discussed his piano delivery service. They didn’t know me but made me to feel as if we were old friends. Really nice people.

Mr. Thomas and his son Joey moved our Yamaha Disklavier grand piano with great care and efficiency. We are new in the area and saw all the positive feedback for the Thomas family and their piano services and decided to try them for our move. We are so happy we found this awesome father-son team! I definitely recommend Thomas Piano Service. Mr. Thomas has tuned 2 different pianos for me. He is punctual, thorough and and very precise with the work he does. The finished product has always been a piano tuned to perfection. I also had a piano moved by Thomas Piano Service. They did an excellent job with no damage whatsoever to the piano or my hardwood floors!

This father and son are an awesome pair to work with. They are very professional, and personable also. Mr Reynolds Thomas has been tuning my mother's (Elizabeth Crowder from Alexander City) piano as long as I can remember. She thought the world of him. When we had to empty my mother's house, I immediately thought of this kind man. I called Mr. Thomas, he came with his son Joey, moved my mother's piano from Alexander City to my brother's home in Sylacauga. Mr. Thomas tuned her piano upon delivery. I have very fond memories of my mom playing her piano in her final days. Joey came to my home in Montgomery and repaired my mother's antique dining room table. I am so proud of the work he did. I would highly recommend this father and son's business.
