I appreciate that this location tries to keep it clean and work as a team. Multiple servers checked on us and the manager came out as well to check on us. Used to be Applebees was on the lower end of restaurants and the more upscale steak houses were a better experience. Not so much anymore, I have had terrible service and poorly cleaned restaurants for the past 6mos so it's a nice surprise to have friendly attentive service and a cleaner environment. Might just stick to coming back here more often for a more consistent experience.

Came for a quick simple lunch. Picked chicken fingers because A) I'm a child and B) they are quick and delicious. $9.99 for the meal and in/out in less than thirty minutes. Mission accomplished. The service was good and I didn't find anything complaint worthy.

Spoke with the manager and he's a great guy also. I will be haunting the place often for lunch because I always appreciate great management.

Hello foodies,
I went to Applebee's on Taylor road )yes I had an itch) today was 91 degrees and only a long cool drink of peach tea could fill my thrist..so like a fish I bit..
So two peach ice tea which I highly recommend and a order of Lemon Pepper boneless wings I'm asking you to drop by visit the folks there .. the place is clean and service is great.. and yes I'll be back ..

Went here and ordered the Triple Chocolate Meltdown & Caramel Apple Blondie. Both were packed nicely, it's just that the vanilla ice cream was halfway melted. I enjoyed both the desserts and it's really delicious. Bill was $15 (tax included). We'll surely visit again, it's just that.. today was just craving for a good dessert and I went to the perfect place imto get some.

There were only 2 servers on a Sunday night during TAX season! There was a 20 minute wait to be seated, despite numerous tables available! The hostess was rude! It was obvious that she didn't want to be there! The food was mediocre! The waiter, Zachary, was pleasant. The pregnant female was customer friendly also. There was a baby roach on our table and we immediately stopped eating upon site!!

Worst experience I’ve ever encountered at Applebees. I Ordered my child a chicken corn dog meal. Once the meal came out I check my child’s food and the corn dog is still cold as if it came straight out the fridge . They go to get her another one and the SAME exact thing!!! So of course I’m upset because why did my child bite into a cold corn dog to begin with! The second one the dough was still undercooked. I spoke to the manger and they offered me another corn dog!! If I’ve given you two chances to cook the corn dog why would i give a third!! During this time the two adults meals were served and my child hadn’t even received her drink. Once i got my ticket there are extra items on my ticket! So i ask them to remove the additional items that i NEVER even order. All this occurred when the restaurant wasn’t even busy. This was NOT OUR NORMAL APPLEBEES EXPERIENCE. Oan the manger didn’t even attempt to rectify or apologize for the horrible service !!!

The food and service was excellent at this Applebee's location. The Staff and Manager were friendly. The store was clean...even the restroom.

December 3, 2019
Togo order of chicken Quesadillas to take home. The bartender Wesley was really nice, friendly & helpful in suggesting things & telling me about the new items. It was close to closing & I called before I went to make sure I could get something to go without aggravating the servers like a few times I've experienced at the Atlanta Hwy restaurant. Wesley checked my food & made sure it was correct & even asked me to glance at it before leaving. He even brought out a little side of pico to have & try since I requested it be left off due to heat in jalapeno peppers. He made my visit enjoyable & I left with a smile & happy feeling. We can all smile & say hello to others & make each person we know have a lighter day.
