I visited 2 days in a row shopping for dry ice. The first day was very nice and every one was nice and friendly. The next morning a very unfriendly customer service lady sold me dry ice and she was quite unpleasant in not speaking to me. Then complaining that one of the other cashiers should help me.

Their deli is absolutely sorry. I placed an order for two wraps at 12:30 for 1:00 pickup only to be told it’ll be a 30 min wait time which I obliged. I even waited a bit longer. At 1:45 again I was told my order still wasn’t made and was asked yet again could I wait. I had to order food elsewhere.

The associates are very helpful. Especially the Deli. Kryslin is one of the sweetest, most helpful associates I've met. She really cares about her customers and their needs. The store is very clean and well stocked. Everyone is nice and helpful.

I frequently visit Publix at least 1-2 times a week and the service is usually always great. On my last visit I walked in to do a return. I waited patiently until it was my turn and as I approached the counter the young lady Brittany never acknowledged me and also took someone else that just walked to the front of the line. I politely let her know I was next and she continued to cash out the woman who cut in front of me. She stated to me she didn’t see me, no apologies although I was right behind the person she was taking care of. After being upset, a polite gentleman name AJ came over from another register apologized for the situation and took great care of me and completed my transaction with exceptional customer service. I wish I could do separate 2 reviews but 5 stars belong to AJ for the job well done. Customer service is going above and beyond and he did just that.

Overall, it was a great place to shop. Found all I needed, and the food is fresh. Love how they have meals to go seasonal. Great fresh seafood ???? and meats. Their fruits and vegetables are also fresh ????. The staff is very polite and friendly. They will also help you to your car ???? ????.

This Publix has some of the kindest and most helpful staff around! I have actually waited to do my grocery shopping at their location just so I'd be able to experience the wonderful shopping experience provided and maintained at Cornerstone! A.J. and his team are an excellent group of folks who take pride in their store and what they do! Thanks so much!

Clean, well stocked, friendly service and quick checkout. All of the things you would want in a grocery shopping experience. Self checkout is quick and accepts tap to pay and digital wallets.

Love this Publix !! I enjoy the variety the cleanliness, the great service.. and the deli is excellent ..I have purchased both deli sandwiches and take away meals ..Both are beyond words recommend you try this supermarket for all your needs..
