I have been a customer for 4 years with no problems until today. My apple dumpling reserves is a jar of huge pieces of apple in a sauce, nothing you could actually spread. The pineapple preserves not much better.

ordered products 11-26-18 (the day my cc was charged) with free 7 day shipping. We have not received order. I have e mailed them 3 times and left 1 phone message with no response. vary bad way to run a business. :

The Island Pineapple Preserves are life-changing!!! Just found these at the Fairhope Arts & Crafts festival and I've enjoyed the preserves every day since. Delicious!!

Poor customer service but great product. Ordering takes forever from website and don’t get a response from phone calls voicemails or emails.
