I have used this company several times for my precious pups. Ms. Barbara and her team are fantastic. Her team puts me at so much ease when I have to go out of town because I know my dogs receive the best care they could possibly have while I'm away. Thank you Creature Comforts and our family absolutely adores you!

We have used Creature Comforts for 17 years for all of our vacations and long days away from home. Barbara and her employees have always gone the extra mile both for our dogs & cat and our home. They turn lights off and on so it looks like we are home, check mail and clean up after pets. Coming home is so nice because blinds are closed and lamps are on, and we don’t need to spot clean any accidents or even scoop the litter. It’s all been done. We also have had some escape artist animals and everyone who has come to my home has been so careful and treated my animals like their own children. You can hire a neighbor or a teen in an effort to get the cheapest deal, but if your animals are like your children... these are the people you want checking on them and making sure they are happy, fed and safe when you can’t be there yourself.

We are so happy we found Creature Comforts! I have three chihuahuas and an 18 year old cat so boarding at the vet really wasn’t an option. Having a compassionate, reliable and trustworthy sitter allows my fur kids to stay in familiar peaceful surroundings during my absence. Plus they love seeing Ms Cathy!

We have been Creature Comforts clients for over 5 years and have always been pleased with the personal care they provide our beloved pets. It is so nice to know our dogs can enjoy the comforts of home when we are out of town and don't have any worries while we are away. We highly recommend Creature Comforts!

My girls are in good hands when I am gone. I like knowing they see the same person on certain days of the week. This way that person and my girl dogs both know one another. They get lots of love and attention from them. I don't know what I would do without them tending to my girls for me. I highly recommended Creature Comfort to anyone who needs a pet sitter and needs to feel their pets are in good hands!

I was very hopeful after meeting with the owner. Barbara has a wonderful personality and very personable. I purchased our puppy knowing we would have a long lasting relationship. I was wrong. I was not due to the owner, but her employee. My husband had complained of our security cameras never going off in our back yard during the visits. I ignored him, because I knew the quality Barbara represented. I was aware of the prior review ,but that was 2 years ago. I'm always positive. Well come to find out my husband was right. I provided the owner with video of her employees 4 min visit followed by a text stating she spent "awhile" with my dog. This truly hurt as we were stuck with no drop in for our puppy. This was a huge inconvenience as he doesn't have all his shots yet for doggy daycare. My family opened our home and hearts and feels violated. We were refunded half of our funds paid. I am sure this is happening a lot and others just aren't equipped to track it. I also notified the owner of our video system in hopes this could be avoided. I appreciate Barbara for her attempt to resolve this issue, but the sting is still there for our family.

I am so happy that when I travel, which is frequently, I can go without worry knowing my pets are well cared for by Creature Comforts Pet Sitting. The dogs are older and not highly socialized, so I am do grateful I can leave them at home where they are comfortable. I know they love my sitter, because they tell me so!
