I have had this location several times. The food is made to order so be advised it's not the fastest and I enjoy their boneless wings. The portion of fries with the combos is also generous. They are attached to a nice, newer service station so it's well lit and you can gas up while you wait for your order. The parking lot can be odd to get in or out of if you aren't familiar with the roads in the area. Communication at the register is touch and go and their policy for satisfaction is non existent.

Quite good food here, the food is filling and I usually order the “Keto” option i.e. no bread. Wonderful filling salads, fountain drinks. Places to sit
inside although seating is limited. Shares the same building as a gas station so parking is somewhat limited although the location is very convenient.

Ordered through DoorDash Chantilly Parkway store on a Saturday night. Called the store the manager and told him that it was unacceptable, said he would remake and make it right. Wings were discarded pieces and fries were not cooked fully.Went back and a different manager was there and would not honor to make it over. Gave me the third degree and tried to embarrass me inside the store as if I would waste my time to make up something. I showed him the address, my receipt and confirmed with one of his workers that was in the store when it was picked up. Told me to do whatever because he couldn’t remake or give me a refund. I wouldn’t have posted this but the manager was so rude and nonchalant.

New cooks and cooking methods. We order wing combos and the chicken was halfway cooked. The only excuse the manager could give is "We cook our food on a time scale so it should be cooked". This location has went down tremendously and need the food inspectors to visit for them to understand the standards of cooking any meat products. We won't be back. I'll definitely make sure others know not to eat here either. Do better.
